Yeah, I think that is what my Saturdays will be for. For now onI'm investing in one rehab/injury prevention day per week. Doing all the rehab stuff, maybe one or two sets of exercises I think I need to re-do -and some of those "weird" exercises, like face pulls -or forearms.

Its basically a low calorie, high protein diet. And Army Infantry Physical Training with some walking added in due to being a Armed Security GaurdRight on. I'm getting tired just reading that. Sounds like he is motivated. He will definitely hit his goals.
