Are fingers affected, if so, which ones?
When lifting and if I set my arm down while working its the thumb, forefinger, and Middle Finger. Every once and awhile I get numbness in the ring and little finger if I end up sleeping on it when I turn over in my sleep

https://www.spine-health.com/blog/getting-right-diagnosis-numb-fingers

I'm thinking of: Cervical Radiculopathy. A clear sign would be, if you lose strength in one arm, doing anything involving triceps, like presses, especially over head and behind the neck. If its carpal tunnel, it would affect more your fingers, instead of the arm AND fingers.

Here some nerve gliding exercises, just in case it is what I think it is.

Here another vid, I do those exercises if fingers are "humming" or getting numb.

Do those slowly!!! It could damage the nerve if you do them abruptly.

Tried to make it to the gym tonight. Took my preworkout, headed to the gym and my wife called me. A woman that had a beef with her tried to run her, another mom, and our daughter, her friend and the other mother's daughter over with her truck coming out of Karate. They filed a Police Report before I could make it to this womans house. They are gonna charge her with 5 counts felonious assault with a deadly weapon, and 3 counts child endangerment. Its a good thing too, cause it wouldnt have been good if I made it to this womans house first before my wife made it to the police station

Its the nerve that runs down from the neck through your arm, 89.5% :) certain. Do CAREFULLY the stretches as shown in the second vid.
Takes a week -or two to make a difference. While doing those you should feel how it goes numb.

And I look as good as one too. Lol...I'm just happy to see it going back up. Back when I was in the Army and before I got hurt. I was always the guy that, if you couldn't carry something anymore, just give it to Cowboy. He'll carry anything.

If I didnt do it who would, more and more of our younger generation wants to play war on the Xbox, Playstation, or whatever other systems they have out there. But, when it comes to signing on that line, and willing to give everything up to their life. They dont want to do it. Only when they can come back to life after dieing. Lol. If I could still be there I would be. But, now that I'm healing and getting back in shape. I am just waiting for our reserve police to open up positions, and I will see if they accept me or not
