Today was an off day for me, but I did take the wife to the gym. So she can learn to lift. She has MS, and has always just done cardio, scared to lift. Put her through a full body workout so I thought I post her 1st workout ever.
Bench Press(Smith): 45x18, 50x12, 50x12, 50x12
Squats(Smith): 50x18, 60x12, 60x12, 60x12
Deadlift(Smith): 50x18, 55x12, 55x12, 55x12
Military Press(Smith): she just couldnt do it
Shrugs(Smith): 50x18, 60x12, 60x12, 60x12
EZ Bar Curl: 20x18, 20x12, 20x12, 20x12
Tricep V-Handle Pulldown: 10x18, 20x12, 20x12, 20x12
Low Row: 10x18, 35x12, 35x12, 35x12
Straight Arm Pulldown: 10x18, 20x12, 20x12, 20x12
Seated Leg Curl: 10x25, 10x15
Leg Extention: 10x25, 10x25
Me too, she's been bugging me to show her what she needs to do. She wanted a full body workout. I don't like full body plans but if thats what gets her in there lifting, then that is what I'm gonna do. I’m also in the fortunate position of knowing that having a wife who lifts is great for a relationship and my own gym pursuits - hope she gets the bug man.
I had read an article in Musclar Development talking about lifting weights and MS patients, and it said that lifting weights at least 2 days a week, showed dramatic improvement in MS patients. When I showed her the article, she kept bugging me to get in there and show her how

****ing destroy him. Lol.So didnt make it to the gym today. Wife confronted a woman that seemed to have a problem with her, and the woman went off on her. Later that day the husband came up to wifes car and leaned in the window and went off on her. We still dont know what the problem is...but this guy leaning into my wifes car window with my wife and daughter in the car really angers me. I went to karate tonight cause our kids go to school, and karate together. If a man went up to your wife, and leaned into her car, and started to yell at her. What would you do? I wanted to pulverize this guy but stayed partial because my wife asked me to. She said not while at school or karate. Guys tell me what to do. I wanna just crush this guy.

I did finish right at 200 lbs. I wish I could have got some pics right at the end but life got in the way a little. I will be posting up pics at the end of PCT though
No this was first cycle with Abombs, but will definetly be running them for now on with my bulk. I really liked this run with the Abombs, test, and var
Yeah I haven't ran Tren yet, but again, dont think I will either.Probably the best bulker out there, highly effective stacking with dry compounds especially tren, but that cycle is almost too much.

Wish that where true. But she's just starting out and working more on form than weight. But one day she will get there. I know today she went heavier just seeing me lift the weight I was doing.I only post my lifts when my missus outlifts me as well bro hehe

Thats awesome brotherTbh my missus has me on the Olympic lifts (I’ve never learnt them properly but still), she got into training after seeing me get into it. She now competes in oly lifting which is pretty cool. It’s a good thing to inspire someone into
