Supps get here on Monday by 5pm (UPS truck usually comes at that time) I'll start with the glycobol that very day , since I am on lean gains I can fast longer for that meal (usually break the fast at 1-2pm , so 3 more hours isnt bad at all, that way I can make it 2 huge carbed up meals!!! YAY glycobol :D!!!)

you planning to pop 2 about 30 min prior to carb up meals?
 
Yeah I wanted to ask you about that , I'm on a lean bulk , so do I have to do them 30 mins before the meal or WITH the meal? Whats your intake on this?

I'd do 2 30 min before larger AM carb meal, and 2 30 min prior to higher carb post workout meal

Contents a small sample packets, you cant really integrate them into anything really per say as there samples.
 
Nice offer I haven't tryed an ai supplement since the blue bottle maniac I'm really looking forward to trying some new stuff
