Honestly at your age, I wouldn't even bother with creatine. You could opt for some protein, but it really isn't necessary if you eat a lot of protein in your diet. You're 17 and will get bigger and stronger practically just by showing up to a gym. Save your money for food (and a lot of it), and just try to avoid the normal 17-year-old-on-the-go stuff (fast food, cafeteria food, etc) and try to cook your own food so you know exactly what's in it. Keep track of your diet and write down what you eat, how many calories/protein/carbs/fats etc you eat per day and load up on meats, good fats (grass fed butter, coconut oil, meat/fish fats), and good carbs. Keep track of your progress in the gym as well. Don't just show up and go home. Get a program, follow it, track your progress and try to constantly improve. If you get your diet down and train religiously, you will be a MONSTER by the time you are 20.

Also FWIW I think glutamine is a useless waste of money. Not everyone agrees with me, but I would rather spend glutamine money on more food. Good luck and keep lifting!

great advice man! I just think ill get some cheap creatine at gnc and more food ;)
I like bodyfortress whey from walmart though so ill probably pick that up also.

Yeah those won't hurt. I still wouldn't recommend starting creatine yet but that's more a matter of principle; there's no danger in it. Also, one thing I didn't mention but at your age I never paid attention to this. STAY HYDRATED! I only started paying attention to this a few years ago, but if you can stay hydrated (at least 1 gallon of water per day on non-training days and 1.5 on training days is what I try to get), you will not only get better and more consistent results in the gym but also feel sooooo much better. I usually don't count any flavored beverages (soda, coffee, beer, protein shakes) as part of water intake just to make sure I get a lot of it. Constantly peeing is a small price to pay!

Creatine, shed loads of food and if needs be a pre-workout.

Failing that Green magnitude is a creatine and a caffeine free preworkout in one

Maybe some CLA and fish oil

No creatine here's what I would recommend and why
Whey protein- absorbs fast your age will help you recover and absorb it faster too great for muscle and recovery
A multivitamin- you tend to loose your vitamins and minerals as you sweat and urinate also it helps keep everything going good
B-12- your pretty young and this is a nice more natural energy and is cheap
I would say for that extra bump in the find a idol some one you wanna look like study them watch videos about them watch motivational videos and get your mind right you mind controls your body
I wouldn't recommend a mass gainer just get a nice clean calorie full diet so you getting lean mass and not a but load of extra fat and maybe try a 5x5 power lifting style you'll gain mass and strength all at once if you have any more questions or need help PM me I love seeing young kids being active and in the gym rather than getting into trouble also if you play sports let me know I have a few tips and pointers you might like

Homemade weight gainers? Food. That works.

If you want a drink with creatine and glutamine just add it to some protein and oats with a scoop of pb and some fruit Blend it up and you have a weight gainer shake.

Glutamine IMO is beneficial at a very high does. Say roughly 40g throughout the day. My experience has it mostly being used for those with gut issues such as bacteria, parasites, yeast.

If you cant afford whey protein, creatine is the way to go but the issue many "new" people have with it is they dont drink enough water and experience cramps. There are many benefits to creatine, and it was something I took though high school for sports.

If your looking for a non stim preWO check out Hemavol and for the extra pump some KNO3.

Food should be all you need. Creatine yes but anything else is not going to do much. You have an age advantage. If you can't grow or lose weight at your age you're probably doing something wrong

As you can see a recurring topic is food! You get your protein, bcaas, creatine, energy all from food you just got to eat right man! Best of luck to you:fing02:
