Break the cap apart and mix the powder with 1/2 tbs of olive oil. Drinking or eating grape fruit would help. Transdermal will not do anything unless you filter out the fillers prior to mixing.

Yes of course. AH would have been the smarter choice i believe. But any coupon wouldn't help me because you dont ship to my country...

Good for all unmethylated ones. Their lipophilic nature makes any oil a great carrier.

meaning that you might get more out of a lesser dose then you would usually take??

I've been experimenting with pro stano with GF juice. In all honesty I'm not sure it's made a huge difference as far as expected results are concerned. I'm nearly 4 weeks into a 600mg e/d cycle and my progress seams normal.
I tend it eat it around meal times to make sure I'm taking it with fats.

Yes. It should.
Dissolving in oil ensure better lymphatic absorption. Lymphatic absorption bypasses first pass liver metabolism and ensures more of the product delivered to the blood stream. Methyls are protected (up to 98%) from first pass liver metabolism, so dissolving in oil to bypass it makes no sense.
