I bring them to the lowest position the let them fall forward. 18 inches tops. I may get kicked out tomorrow. Lol

What a dink, I'd tell him if he has a problem with you putting db's on the floor to pull up his skirt.

Than if he says anything else just tell him to go make you a sandwich lol

I doubt that I would have handled equivalent douche-baggery that well. Especially coming form a, as you put it "old man".

the only thing I hate more than the geriatric-equipment-hoggin'-sheep are the obese people who walk on a treadmill wearing sauna suits.

Great leg workout today. Is real high. Its good. Confidence is rock solid. "Bring on the public speaking" solid. My girl told me "your arms look like a penis, gross" last night. Vascularity is banging. I'm stoked

I usually get puffy nips but not this time. Awesome so far.

Real good workout this morning. I decided to do more isolation movements on my hypertrophy and beyond day. I'm not so sure that I cared for it. I didn't pump out like usual and I definitely didn't sweat like usual. We'll see how I feel tomorrow.

I had to move some stuff around. I wanted to explore the 10 rep and up range of phat. I decided to do that part of the routine at home and split it into an upper and lower body day. I felt as if my legs were getting the short end of the stick. If anything, they need the most work. So sunday upper body high rep, Monday lower body high rep, Wednesday upper body strength and Friday lower body strength. So last night was upper high rep. It was awesome. I had almost no carbs yesterday. We went out to eat @ 530. I had no idea where we were going to eat so I popped 4 100mg r-ala. I worked out and my pumps were painfully awesome. Like igf 1 lr3 with 100gms of carbs pumps.
All sets are given 1 min for work and rest.

Did some light legs tonight. 7 sets of 15 reps. Sets started every minute. That usually worked out to 40 seconds work, 20 rest. 170-150lbs used. The rest of the time I was helping my girlfriend. The beach is just over 3 weeks away. She's gettin a little panicked
 
Just finished upper body strength. I took a stim based fat burner yesterday. Man, it seemed to destroy all my vascularity. No more stims except pre workout. Workout was good. Everything feels good. Bumped stano to 1200 and 11oxo to 1300 yesterday. No itch nips at all. Libido is great. Well being and confidence are great. A little story before I do my exercise log..... Yesterday, at the ymca. There was this new kid in there lifting. the only time he let go of his dick was to do an exercise. Im not talkin about grabing his junk. Im talkin holding his dick through his pants. So much so that his pants were crinkled up into a dick compartment when he finally would let it go. Amazing.

Sorry for the delay. Holliday got me a little messed up. I went up 5lbs on all weighted lifts on hypertrophy superset day. Last night I did 6 sets of 15 reps with 135lbs at 2:00 total time for rest and work. I followed it up with 20 mins liis at 6mph on the mill. Yesterday was my last dose of licogenix and dermacrine. I've bumped the division 1 to 4 caps a day. Libido and aggression are taking its toll. I really like the effects of division 1 on cycle. I'm feeling like it amplifies the effects. Today.....

I've been told a couple times that 3,4 Divanil is great on cycle, I will have to try that sometime.
 
To be honest, I've had a week where my bottle got pushed back and I forgot to take it. There was an obvious dip in aggression. It does what it says it does. Its a good product. Its priced right too.

Everything's going great. I squated 335 3 times today. I bumped 540 4 times on the leg press. Libido is getting irratatingly high again. I can't recommend this stack enough. I'll probably use division 1 every time I run anything. Under rated.

Nice! How many caps a day are you using? I havn't gone past 5 caps, but one logger on here, pretty big guy tho, was dosing 8 caps a day and said the strength gains were amazing.

One of them is extremely note worthy. Its what it says it is. I'm 35. I don't get zits. For me its a great indicator. Good sh!t.
I want everyone to try this leg workout 3 days after your regular leg day. Interval timer beeping every 30 seconds. Take 100 or so lbs and squat it for 30 seconds, rest for 30. Repeat. Do this for 10-15 minutes. It sucks.

Great update! Licogenix is the real deal, I'm really liking it, just a week or so in but def seeing some good quick results. That workout would be a hell of a wicked pump on the legs!

Sex drive is at Jack hammer status. My girlfriend is raving about the last two episodes we had. Like "best sex ever, by a long shot" type stuff. My shoulder is starting to give me sh!t from going heavy so I did more of a gvt type lift today. 2:30 on the timer per set for the first ten sets. 2:00 per set thereafter.

First week I did 600 Ed and now at 800 for the remainder of a 6 week cycle. Might add an extra 2 weeks not sure yet tho

400mg pre workout. I've been blessed with an awesome head of hair. All my people on both sides have been buried with a full head of grey hair. That's really the best part of my genetic lottery. I didn't get it in the physique dept. I've just had to bust my @$$ to get what little I have.
 
Yesterdays workout was legs and cardio. Super intense. I'm not getting the results I wanted in my legs from phat so I'm going back to more volume. 8 or more sets of squats in the 10-15 rep range. I did one set of 225 for ten. 315 for 4 then six more sets like the first set. 4 sets of deads at 160lbs for 10 reps. Calves were still sore from Wednesdays cardio. I did 20 mins liss at 4.4 on the mill. Joints are feelin less lubed. Gonna take it easy on heavy loads for a minute
 
Sorry for the lack updates. My dad's kidneys have shut down and he's had to go on dialysis. He's still in ICU. This wasn't expected. I'll have to conclude my lognow. Licogenix- there was an obvious bump in estrogen when I came off. Pimples popped up from nowhere. Vascularity also decreased slightly. Division 1-at four caps a day I have an obvious increase in aggression and libido. I would personally recommend lico during cycle and pct. In other words, go ahead and buy 2-3 bottles, depending on cycle length, and run them all. Division one will be a cycle staple for me. This stuff is legit.
 
Sorry to hear about your dad, my grandfather had to go on dialysis all the time, it's a very rough thing to see a loved one go through something like that, my thoughts and prayer go out to you and your family.
