My back and hamstrings were really tight and I was in some pain the last few days. I'm SHOCKED I was able to do deads... After the first set and some stretching I was ok but didn't wanna push it

Having some issues with my stomach... I think I'm gonna have to take AX with food. I read protein interferes with the breakdown of L dopa so I gonna eat some brown rice when i pop my AX.

Tomorrows a off day so maybe I'll do a review of the first week and try to get some pics and a video up

Question, did you experience any stomach issues with AX? I read gastrointestinal bleeding is a common side effect and it got me thinking... I have not have a solid BM in 4 days... Not that I'm scared of a little GI bleed or anything...

^^^ side effect of L Dopa... Looks like I left that out.
 
Think that would be enough to take the edge off? I'll give it a shot in the morning. Would you go 2 or 3 grams?
Awesome log Stake, would much rather follow yours than my own lol. I experienced some of the same stomach issues and it seems to have dissipated after the first week, along with the headaches. In any event looking forward to following your progress.

The hardest part is trying to enter all the sets, weights and reps into my phone as I workout. I'm usually in the zone at the gym... I kinda black out and just go walls to the wall.. It's the best feeling in the world IMO

I really hope I can figure this stomach issue out! Woke a hour before my alarm went off and had to run to the bathroom... Dosed today's AX with 2 grams fish oil 1 hour AFTER breakfast. The pre w/o AX I can't take with fish oil cuz I don't wanna burp that **** up while I'm lifting!

keep a notebook or journal of every workout-not only can you type workout in later-it also lets you keep track of your progress.

That's what I need to do with my log. I'm staging my own intervention/pep rally. I just play it by the numbers and then I'm done lol. I'm going to put up a picture in my log that I think will inspire people.

Day eight and looking great! Haha (until I got a bunch of free sub sandwiches and ate em all like a jack ass and now look like a bloated jersey shore a$swhole that drinks while on cycle!!! ok I feel better...

No weights just cardio...

Did 45 mins on the elliptical kept the heart rate above 145 but under 167 avg was prob 150z

About 10-15 min sprints
10 mph for 45 sec walk for 1 min and repeat This is a PR for cardio btw... Not sure if I should be proud of that or not.

Then I call the future ex wife to tell her im on my way home. Long story short, she wants to go out to ****ing eat like she does every night. Well tonight I didn't have the heart to shut her down because the AX has my libido thru the roof and I needed to get laid.

So we go to lone star she orders and drink then gets pissy cause I don't; so I get a diet texas tea (21oz) then a double rum and diet... Had a prime rib sandwich (ditched the bread) with spinach. Sounds healthy right? No, you know why? Because 90% of our fellow Americans are fat ****s! The prime rip sandwich was covered on creamy horseradish sause and the spinch, if you can call it that, had more cream and butter in it than Oprah's oatmeal! Needles to say I was starving and ate it all and it was amazing lol

Stomach is completely fuc&ed after tonight. I'm buzzed - don't get out much.

Vascularity- 8 still on the rise I'm feeling full and pumped all day. Vein are becoming more visible at all times. Had some sick shoulder veins going while running.

Endurance - I'm going to have to say 10 at least for today. I only slept 4 hours last night and I was fine all day. I didn't think i was gonna make it to the gym at first but I nailed a great cardio session!

Had a very uneventful shoulder workout... I slept on my left shoulder funny. When I woke up it was numb and I couldn't really lift my arm.

Anyway, I attempts to do some BB presses and was meant with negative results.

Moved on to DB and repped out the 80 and 90s for 4 sets of 10-15

Pump/Vascularity-10 and I'm giving it a ten today because even tho my strength was n/a my shoulders looked massive and were kinda over powering my arms.

Strength n/a had a sore shoulder so wasn't lifting for strength.

Libido-10 is kickin' some of the ol cougars were looking really good !! Ha!! Also, have a few more pimples on my shoulders, back and now a one on my face...

Recovery between sets-8. I have to force myself to take a full min between sets. About half way thru the workout I just went kinda crazy with super sets, tri sets and drop sets haha I was all over the place! Until I got called into work... Completely ruined my focus.

Stomach is a little better...

Even tho i slept in today and am turning in early, I still got 8 meals in.

Been working like a mad man the last few days. will have a update before I leave work (still here from last night) Been keeping notes and even though I've been working 16-18 hours days I have NOT missed a single workout or meal!! AX rocks!
 
Days 10,11 and 12 have been a BLUR! Been stuck at work for 16-18 hours shifts the last 4 days..

super set bi's and tri's had an amazing pump and dispite the fact I was sleep deprived I was able to pound out a few more reps then normal.

Only had 45 mns to train my legs so in order to get an effecftive workout in i decided to only focus on quads and worry about hams and calfs on back day.

315-10 x 4 I wanted to go heavy but my lower back is tight from sitting in a crown vic for 16 hours a day.

Ok the last few days i've only been sleeping for a max of 5 hours and i still been able to work for 8 hours then go to the gym then back to work for another 8 and i have done it all with NO PROBLEM. In fact, i feel like I've been sleeping for 8-10 hours. The reason I'm so impressed by this is because usually when I work and train like this my body shuts down and I'm stuck with a nasty cold by day 2. I'm now going on my 4th day of being sleep deprived. I am going to have to contributed this all to AX. This is not the first time I've worked/trained under these conditions, but its the first time my body hasn't shut down and I end up getting sick or putting myself in the hospital lol

10) pumps been awesome and it's not just while in at the gym but all day.

10) vascularity is still going good even tho I've gained some fat and not getting enough rest.

8) recover is still on the rise.. Noticing better recovery between sets.

9)Sleep.. Hasn't been much but the sleep I'm getting Is improved. Quality of sleep = 10

10)Libido is doing well my boys down stairs look like they've been doing heavy squats. I also feel the urge to wh0re it up.... But I won't! I promise lol

10!) Strength is amazing considering the lack of rest I've had. Although I have not set any PRs my strength has been maintained under this crappy circumstances. Also getting a few extra reps with my normal weight. Week 3 LOOK OUT!

I'm going to be training back today when I get off work and I can hardly wait! I'm hoping it's epic! gonna take a nap after work then hit it.

Excuse me for being overly excited haha I'm really glad I joined AM... Up until now I've been using the same few supplements over and over and over. I've only been here on AM maybe 2 months and changing nothing but my supps I've added much noticed size and strength. And when you're in love with yourself as much as I am a few pounds and looking better in the mirror means a lot haha

I've lost track of the days... Yes, it's been that kind of week turning into a crazy month. Yesterday was the last of my 16 hour shifts (thank god) had today off and I'm on the verge of catching a cold. The wife has a full blown cold so I might sleep on the couch... I'm taking extra vitamins and water ect...

Did back on Sunday and shoulders on Monday they were both good workouts although i didn't log them...

On a side note I'm notching more pimples and they're getting larger. So far they're on my shoulder and back. Just one small one on my face.

Since I'm responding so well to this stuff it kinda makes me wonder if my natural test levels are low for my age??

Anyway, AX works plain and simple period this stuff will be a staple in supplement regimen. Defiantly gonna order more and run it with daa and a AI. I have a few other AX stacks in mind for the future :)

Cold is getting worse...

Haven't really been getting much sleep. 5-6 hours at most- it's really starting to take it's toll on me.

Today is a off day have a family dinner to attend. I would usually do an hour of cardio today but I'm gonna skip since I feel like ****. Hopefully get to bed early and be back on my A game on Saturday!

Even tho I have been putting my body thru hell the last few weeks (working long hours, working out hard and not getting enough rest) the feeling of a better overall quality of life is up. I can't quite explain it but if I had to guess, i would say it's from higher test levels from the AX. Although I won't know for sure since I did not get blood work!

I've always had sleeping issues so the sleep probables are nothing new to me. Typical, it comes and goes... I think I'm finally going to see my doc and it treated. Maybe I'll schedule a appointment around the same time as the end of my AX and get blood work done. ... My doctor always gets real stupid with me when I ask about my hormone levels-what should I tell him?
 
Took a hour and half nap woke up and said damn do I feel good! I popped some stims drank some BCAAs and hammered out an intense session on my treadmill! Now off to the family dinner.

I'm going to dose AX pre bed time tonight. Hoping the L Dopa gets me some of that sleep I experienced in week one. I sure could use some!
 
So i usually take AX about and hour after meal number one and about 30-45 mins after my pre workout meal. I decided to switch it up tonight and take it before bed since it's a off day from weights. Last time I ate was at around 830 and I took my AX at 1130 3 hours with no food (very rare for me I'm a every 2 hour kinda guy). Now it's been about 25 mins since I took AX... Just went to drink a bottle of water and I noticed that my right bicep was pumped. So I jacked around and did some flexing and had a NO like pump going on. Needless to say, that was a nice surprise!

I'm one of those guys that when I don't eat ever two hours on the dot I think My muscles are falling of me haha! So it's definitely not a placebo effect.

Just thought I'd share this

Gonna drink me a massssssssssssive bed time shake to show my body how sorry I am for going 4 hour without feeding it lol
 
Saturday I did chest still no PRs but I'm kinda under the weather still...

Did back to day and considering that I'm hacking up my lungs it's was a damn good workout. Hit 405 on dead lifts 3 sets of 10 and got a 455 for 5. Nothing crazy but I did deads at THE END OF MY WHOLE WORKOUT. I was pleased with those sets. It's not a PR but I've also never done deads as my last movement.

I woke up today and noticed my waist was looking a little leaner. I did a double take and I think it wasn't my waist that was leaner but my chest, shoulders, back and arms were just looking LARGE haha

Aggression is at a all time high. I have always had little to no tolerance for incompetence/most humans but I have had to put myself in check at work the last few days. Today at the gym there was some dude dancing by the dumb bells... I wanted to beat him... But I didn't... Even when he was dancing in front of me while I was doing deads... I kept my cool!

Libido... Out of control! I'm practically walking around sniffing a$$ all day like a dog. Someone remind me I'm engaged...

Time to pop my AX see yaz!

I can't wait to run AX at 3 servings a day! I think I'll notice more strength gains at that dose. At 2 servings a day I'm defiantly noticing increased vascularity and muscle fullness.
 
Going to the doctor today for blood work. Have about 7 or 8 days left on AX but this is the only day I can get in plus I have a nasty cough I need to take care of.

tell your doc you have lethargy and low sex drive-if he doesn't set you up for a homone panel-get a new doc.

i seriously had to educate my doc, but he was very open to what i had to say. he still thought injecting 1 time every 3 weeks was the best way.

if your doc is open to new ideas, work with him-if not find a new one.

Everything with the AX is moving along well. I feel like the strength is trying kick in... I really believe I would have noticed some nice strength gains at 3 servings a day.

I have approximately 4 days left on the AX.

Had a good chest workout today. Started with barbell bench (which I only do maybe once a month due to sore shoulders) was able to get 4 sets of 275 at 8-10 reps. Not a PR but I swear to freaking god I feel like I'm on the verge of being able to to bang out a few more reps.

So far at 2 servings a day (with me) this product shines in the pump / vascularity dept. I'll retake measurement on the last day but I'm pretty sure my lats are a little wider.
