Hello, everyone! Stage-3Z, the industry's 1st Mulungu-based sleep/anxiety aide, is now available!!! With Stage-3Z, you get a lot for your money. Each full serving provides...

* 5 grams Mulungu Extract
* 2 grams Passionflower Extract
* 2 grams Lemon Balm Extract

As you can imagine, I didn't choose these 3 ingredients at random, but selected them specifically for their potency AND synergism. Mulungu Extract, the premier GABA-A modulator of the plant kingdom, forms the foundation of this formula. No other natural, currently available GABA agonist provides an effect profile quite like this stuff. Calming, mood-boosting, and stress-relieving, Mulungu is the perfect addition to any sleep/anti-anxiety product. Even better, there's no morning grogginess and zero physical dependence or tolerance build-up!

Next up we have Lemon Balm. Most of us heard of, or even used this product before, but rarely is it sold as a stand-alone. In order to get the most out of this unique supplement, it's best used in conjunction with GABA agonists due to its role as a GABA Transaminase Inhibitor, or GABA-TI. What exactly is GABA Transaminase? In short, GABA-T is the enzyme responsible for catalyzing the breakdown and clearance of GABA within the body. By blunting the actions of this enzyme, we slow the breakdown of GABA, thereby causing levels to rise higher and remain elevated for longer. This helps us to more effectively combat insomnia and anxiety.

Lastly, we have Passionflower. Like Mulungu, Passionflower exerts positive effects on the GABBA receptor, but it also boosts dopamine and helps to restore/maintain healthy circadian rhythms. Who doesn't want that?

Thus far, I've described some of the benefits these ingredients provide as they pertain to GABAergic function, but I haven't even touched on the numerous, additional health benefits, such as: reduced systemic inflammation, improved liver function, increased antioxidant activity, neuroprotection, cardiovascular protection, and anti-cancer activity.

In conclusion...

If you have trouble falling asleep, staying asleep, or dealing with PED-induced anxiety, I made Stage-3Z for you.

Have some on the way. I have some sleep issues and occasional anxiety, so definitely looking forward to trying this out. The combo of ingredients sounds very synergistic.

I've used it for about a week now. Solid to date.

I will say this, nothing keeps me asleep for 6-8 hours, I wish it did.

This keeps me asleep a solid 4-6 hours. Usually I wake up every 1-2 hours max, so I will say this is a big improvement.

I don't feel groggy in the am either. Nice product.

Is this in any way comparable to Phenibut in terms of feel?

It's similar in the sense that it causes relaxation via Gaba receptor activation, but all gaba agonists (phenibut, xanax, kava, etc.) have their own feel. They all work through the same basic mechanism, but produce different effects. So, it depends on what you mean when you say "feel". If speaking broadly, the answer would be yes. If speaking more narrowly (i.e. comparing gaba agonists against other gaba agonists), the answer would be no.

Thanks for the response, Mike, and apologies for the vagueness. I supposed I should rephrase that with how others would compare their experience with that of Phenibut. The effects of Phenibut seem to come on almost 14-15 hrs upon initial dosing for me, even if I'm fasted. The effects are so pronounced at that point, I'm seem to mostly want to vegetate on the couch the entire day. Was curious as to how long the effects of stage-3z kicked in for others, and how they went about their day the following morning.

When comparing within the boundaries of gaba agonists, I would say that Stage-3Z is quite dissimilar to phenibut in almost every way. Stage-3Z kicks in quickly...like 15-20 minutes if you have an empty stomach and the effects peak almost immediately. By the following morning, all the effects will have worn off. Furthermore, there is no meaningful effect on motor coordination, so you can basically do whatever you want after taking it...but you probably won't want to engage in physical activity because you will feel relaxed.
