While taking the one would taking these products hinder the results?
shred in the morning ( fat lose/energy supplement )
one when i wake up, and another pack 40 mins before work out
assault ( pre - work out )
1 serving 20 mins before work out
combat ( post work out protein supplement )
1.5 scoops immediately after work out
then i would also have "the one" , and all the other products mentioned in your review that tells the correct way to take it....
