Stacking H-drol and P-plex

Hey eveyone! I recently purchased H-drol and P-plex as well as cycle assist. I am a little confused on my dosing and whether or not to try stacking these two products. Would i be better off sticking with one or do both. If i were to do both how should i dose and what the best pct for methyl products. Thanks if any one has any info it would be great. I figured i would start the cycle assist a week ahead of anything else so it will give me time to figure this out .

Well first what is your weight and previous PH exp? Also what are your goals ? recomp or bulk..
 
I would not stack but you could bridge.
Something like this PP 30/30/30/30/ (or 45 for the last 2) Hdrol 0/0/50/50/50/50. I would also recommend some taurine just in case u get back pumps. For pCT i would reecommend the same thing i used for PP/E-Stane ~~6OXO 500/400/300/300/200 and PCT Assist along w/ AX LEAN FX
 
thanks alot , that helps i might just stick with one instead of bridging . Im a little lost on the PCT, so your saying take all of those listed above and what kind of dosing would i be looking at with them . thanks a bunch
