Stacking Follidrone + XGELS (ara) - good?

Hi!

what do you guys think of this stack?
will it be a good combo for natural supplements that need no cycle assist or pct
and should they work together good?

something like that:
Follidrone: 1 upon waking up and one at the evening.
X-GELS (ARA): 6 pills pre-workout only and none on non-workout days.

do you recommend it, would you change anything?

That is perfectly fine to do. I would take 2follidrone preworkout on the days and then split dosage on off days, as I have seen that to be common too (plus it helps me personally not forget).

It will be a very good stack with lean gains. No need for cycle assist or pct they are both all natural.

The folli will help increase endurance and reps done which will be further accentuated by ArA increased inflamation (better gains)

take at least one folli dose preworkout on workout days. ara dose is good but i would add some gms and a carnitine salt. You can add e9 or conquer preworkout which would both have you covered. Other than that it looks good and you should enjoy your run.

I mean, from what I read ara should work instantly as it adds inflammation to the muscles and then they recover better and you feel it the next day.
but is follidrone going to take a little while to kick in?

should I start one before the other? or start using them at the same time?

Most people that respond to (-) epi products
Usually start to notice effect with in a week

You will most likely not feel Xgels immediately. It does take some time to build to an appreciable level in your system. Most people start feeling the pumps and strength around a week or so and full effects around week 2.

I would start them at the same time.

Running 6 myself as we speak that's my perfect dose for cost:benefit. Some go up to 8 but it's up to you.

Folli sounds right as well. I think you'll really enjoy that combo

Not sure on the Follidrone, but take a couple months of X-Gels.

rule of thumb is time on=time off. I went and did 50 workout days on xgels over the course of probably 120 days. Id take at least 2 months off

I ran X factor, Ep1c Unleashed, and Alphamax and had an awesome run. I ran Alphamax for 2 months and take a month off, Ep1c they say you can run it indefinately, but I take a month off every 2-3 months. I ran the X factor 50 workout days and will take a couple months off..
