Stacking DCP

Just got out of surgery a little over a week ago and figure I am going to kick off my return to the gym with a cutting stack:

DCP + Shred XS + Shred Hardcore + Green Tea + CLA + Fish Oil + Sesamin + Lean Xtreme

Recently noticed my blood pressure has been running a little higher than normal and actually went to the doc and got a prescription for Triamterene-HCTZ.

Interested in feedback on the following (dosages, timings, etc.) and the effectiveness of DCP with less stimulates, which might be easier on the blood pressure, and how to the results might compare:

Shred XS and Hardcore:
Morning
Shred-XS 2 capsules
Shred-Hardcore 1 capsules

Mid afternoon (I workout around 5pm)
Shred-Hardcore 2 capsules
Shred-XS 1 capsules

Lean Xtreme - 3 caps per day

NP Green Tea extract
- 3 caps per day

NP CLA Supreme Caps - 6 caps per day

Fish Oil - 6 caps per day

RPN DCP - 6 caps per day

Primaforce Sesamin - 2 pumps 3 times per day (using the NP pump bottle)
 
Looks good the only thing I might suggest is upping the DCP dose to 2 in the am 4 before workout and 2 before bed and maybe lowering the Stim dosage? At least until your blood pressure is in check.
 
Why both Shred-XS and Shred hardcore? Seems like those would be what is affecting your BP.

Yeah, but I think there is a big difference of ingredients from the original and hardcore.

Other than than that, everything seems good. And I went up as high as 12 caps of DCP a day with no porblem. Good luck!
 
Shred-XS and Hardcore are two completely different products. I will probably cut back on the Hardcore.

The Shred-XS has a lower stimulant factor, although a greater fat loss is possible with it compared to Hardcore. Hardcore is more of a preworkout stimulant, more of a "wired" feeling compared to Shred-XS.



Why both Shred-XS and Shred hardcore? Seems like those would be what is affecting your BP.
 
So something like the following (dosages in italics and modified Shred-XS and Hardcore dosages):

Shred XS and Hardcore:
Morning
Shred-XS 2 capsules

Ragnarok Mid afternoon (I workout around 5pm)

Lean Xtreme - 3 caps per day; 1 cap before breakfast, 1 cap late morning, and 1 cap before hitting the gym around 5pm.

NP CLA Supreme Caps - 6 caps per day; 2 caps with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

Fish Oil - 6 caps per day; 2 caps with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

RPN DCP - 6 caps per day; 2 caps before breakfast, 4 caps before the gym around 5pm.

Primaforce Sesamin - 2 pumps 3 times per day (using the NP pump bottle); 2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch, and 2 with dinner.

When is the optimum time to dose DCP? I think I want to dose every 8 hours 2 with food and I before bed. I like the idea of it working while I sleep, how beneficial is this? Or should I just be taking it before 1st meal, Mid Meal and Last meal?

You will also want to take the largest dose preworkout, to take advantage of PLCAR's endurance boosting properties, as well as immediately burning the fatty acids that are released during workout/cardio.

You also seem like you want to take advantage of the fact that DCP, being non-stimulant, will work while you are sleeping without keeping you awake...so again, as long as it is taken on am empty stomach you will be good.

Half hour before eating is sufficient...or 1.5 hours AFTER eating.
 
Dsade made NP order " still pending " when i did it dcp was out of stock! so i did order all the ingredients in bulk, is the same raws that u use make DCP!

For the most part, yes...but I should warn you that the powders are VERY messy and crappy tasting. Not kidding here.

The Potassium Pyruvate is a pretty important part of the effectiveness of the product, for sure. It's not just there to prevent cramping.

ok dsade, should i keep any bulk powder as tta or saliva or rasperry ketones! or juss DCP ll be more than enough !

I would hold on to the RKs...they will come in handy, trust me.

Also, PLCAR works great as a standalone for so many things.

thanks for the advise dsade ! ll have to hurry since DCP might disappear again ! next rpn should make new product called DCP CALENDAR BASED ON SOME NEW ASTRONOMICAL, since DCP is like the moon but more unstable WHEN IT COMES TO WHEN IT LL APPEAR! LOL
 
The next DCP run is going to be 3 times as large. This entire run is spoken for, which makes me feel very proud to see it.

When DCP comes to the calendar, all will count the years in bottles used, rather than pages turned.
 
So with this stack I am starting this weekend, I have already started the Fish Oil and CLA. Recently had surgery and have been out of the gym for about a month and a half. Any point in starting the Lean Xtreme or DCP until the first day back in the gym?

This is what I take 2 in the am 4 before workout and 2 before bed.

The extra 2 before workout helps with endurance.
 
About 3 weeks left on this stack and it has been going well. Can DCP be used continuously or after an 8 week stack, should you take a break from it?
