Stack Opinion - Helpful Criticism Advice Please :)

Hey guys:

I'm pretty new to this forum, but I've decided to kick off the new year with (what I think) is a pretty solid supplementation stack to a new workout routine I'm starting.

I'll be using these products:
LG Science Natadrol
PES Erase
Genomyx Slin-Sane
Nutra's KWICK KARB or NOW's Carbo Gain (for the SS)
Dymatize Elite Whey Iso

I'd be starting off diet-wise just under 3,000 calories (roughly 295g protein, 275g carbs, and 82g fats).

What do you guys think?
 
The Erase might be overkill. Natadrol is awesome at 6 a day, better than the overrated Anabeta for recomp. Erase will be good to harden up a bit. I'm a big Natadrol fan. What are your goals?

Well, basically my overall goal is for sight (i.e. what I see change). I'm getting back into working out after screwing up this past semester by being too overcommitted with work and other school projects, so I'm reorganizing my schedule to get back into training, mainly for overall physique's sake. Although to put it on paper, I'm looking for maybe 5 solid pounds, depending on what happens with HIIT and dropping the bf. Not to mention hiking up the calories (I did a calculation near the end of the semester and I was killing my body, only getting in about 1,800). I guess I'm not too concerned with setting a "set in stone" goal, but to get back into the routine, up the strength and help my body out alongside feeding it with good fuel. Does that make sense? lol

Anyway, are you suggesting to just hold off on the Erase for now? Anything you suggest I add or modify? Thanks for the help, bro
 
I'd say make sure your diet is in order first. I don't know if you need to supplement with a carb source unless your diet is already deficient in them. See how your progress goes while on Natadrol, and see if you need to add Erase. LG suggests a PCT for Natadrol, but I found it to be unnecessary.

Haha the problem wasn't my diet was deficient in carbs, it was just deficient in the good kind. ;) I thought the KK would be good to use with the Slin pre-wkt and just use complex carbs from natural sources for everything else.
 
I've used both Natadrol and Erase, I don't think they would make a good stack, they both can get the joints a little tender just used solo. I'd look into the Athletix Stack + Erase, the feedback has been amazing on this combo, this plus Slin Sane, Creatine, Beta-Alanine and your all set for some killer gains. I've used waymize, eh I found real carbs + Slin Sane worked much better for overall size gains and pumps.
 
So here's the plan:

2xNatadrol (for 6/day)
Slin-Sane
FlashOver

Along with the staple protein powder, multi's, fish oil, water, and healthy diet. :)

I'm thinking about running a personal log for moral support and in case anyone is interested!
