So, I've been out of the gym for awhile. Was on AAS for about 3 years. Stayed around 240lbs and 9% bf. Right now I am 200lbs and 12%. Test levels are good but estrogen has been high so I just started running nolva, clomid, and arimedex 4 days ago and have dropped 5lbs of water, stomach looking lean. Been off AAS for 8 months. I have a bad pinched nerve that has made my left arm weak and bad atrophy in that tricep.
OK so I'm jus looking to make some decent gains and lean out in the process.
HERE IS THE PROBLEM
I just started working for a moving company and I'm dropping fat/muscle like a starving Hebrew slave. I have not quite figures out the best way to diet with this job but it is literally 10hrs plus of straight cardio. Everyone that works there is either fat as hell or skinny as a rail. If I had the $ I'd drink half a tub of Vitargo or Karbolyn everyday but I dont. I did manage to buy all these cool supps you guys are raving about though!
Some days I'm way too tired to hit the gym and try to get it in on the weekends and maybe 2 days after work. My goals really are to get as lean as possible, and hopefully recomp since I have some muscle memory on my side. 5lbs and smaller waist would be just fine. I also take some fat burners during the day at work (synedrex, caffeine pills, monster) no stems on the weekends and benadryl everynight to upregulate b2.
Should I take them all together? Timing? What about days I burn 10k cals at work but don't lift?? Diet suggestions? I can order more and run it all 8 weeks. Thanks for your help. (lifelong natties please don't flame my aas use, I've come back from the dark side for good!!)
