SR9009 and Fiber-Switch?

Hi Folks!
I have a question about Sr9009(stenabolic) ...
It is known,that it leads to an increase in mitochondria in musclecells.
Also it's a fact,that fast-twitch-fibers contain a lesser amount of mitochondria compared to slow-twitch-fibers.
Since it's important to me to stay fast-twitch-dominant, i ask myself,if taking SR9009 would lead to "conversion" from FT-fibres to ST-fibers..
An effect for example GW is known for.
Is there any research showing,that a switch whould occur?
Or would SR9009 lead to FT-fibers loaded with mitochondria(that would be great!)!:)
Any suggestions or background-research?
Any practical experience,if explosive power and/or speed will go down when taking SR?

Anybody some practical experience concerning this aspect?
Did anybody loose strength or speed when taking Stenabolic..
Did somebody take it during a max-strength oder speed-strength-phase..or when training for a sprinting event?

It depends on your training and genetics. Plyometrics and speed training is key for fast twitch. The way i avoid this is cyclic training with speed and plyos on aas and weight/strength training in pct and after.

No personal experience. It seems to encourage your body to burn off fuel and "lean out". Users report both reductions and increases in strength so who knows. If you're looking for boosts in a specific discipline, you can also research what athletes get suspended for taking.
 
If theres a risk for you, why even bother with the sh1t?

From what Ive seen, this compound is a big fat meh. If it was halfway decent, we'd have consistent anecdotal feedback showing it could rival traditional AAS for te gainz. But it doesnt. I dont see then how it could be worth it.

Also, considering you need to be pinning the stuff to get anything appreciable into your system, and at that point Id think why fukin waste syringe space on this compound?
