Hi Folks!
I have a question about Sr9009(stenabolic) ...
It is known, that it leads to an increase in mitochondria in musclecells.
Also it's a fact,that fast-twitch-fibers contain a lesser amount of mitochondria compared to slow-twitch-fibers.
Since it's important to me to stay fast-twitch-dominant, i ask myself,if taking SR9009 would lead to "conversion" from FT-fibres to ST-fibers..
An effect for example GW is known for.
Is there any research showing, that a switch whould occur?
Or would SR9009 lead to FT-fibers loaded with mitochondria(that would be great!)!
Any suggestions or background-research?
Any practical experience,if explosive power and/or speed will go down when taking SR?
Greets!
