Ok not gonna lie this is my first week taking a full week of vacation in 3 years so I am feeling a little lazy trying to type up the workouts. Feeling a massive update once the week ends.
Crushed 435lbs for a double on deadlifts and it felt pretty easy. Hoping to PR a double in bench tomorrow.
Oh and my hip doesn't feel too bad, but squat numbers are down.
