Hit the gym today after work. My lungs still aren't back to 100%. I'd say they're at about 90%. Still takes a minute to catch my breath after each set. But all in all, I got a decent workout in. Tomorrow I'm off so I'm gonna go heavy since I haven't in a couple weeks.

You should be back @ 100% in no time. now at my age 90% is a good day! lol
 
Hit the gym with Mom again today. She's been doing cardio mainly the past few days due to a shoulder issue. So that gave me some extra free time to go heavy and get some supersets in.

I'm now curling 40's easily. Can probably go to 45's by next week. I have been slacking on bicep accessory exercises. So I focused on them mainly today.

High Row is good again. Warming up on 230 and doing 260 consistently. Still avoiding the bench press though.
 
Fccking awesome day today guys. Had a good day at work. Got off, went to the gym solo and had a great session. I was talking to a guy I kinda know that works there and he was able to find the dip belt I've been looking for. Which made my day even better!

The weighted dips felt fantastic. Now that I have a belt to use again, I'm going to be working on them a lot. Same goes for weighted pullups/chin ups. I really need to work on those as I haven't been lately.

And I think it's definitely time for a tatoo. Something besides that tramp stamp with all of our names.

Does anyone have any good stretches for quads and hamstrings? Mine have been really tight lately. I've been using a foam roller every time I stretch but I only know 1 way to use it.

I use a wide band -hook my foot in and stretch out and slow kick in all direction. Standing and while laying down.

Ill try that. I mainly need a way to loosen my hamstrings so I don't pull them. I've been rolling them on the roller but it only helps so much.
 
Try taking a pic in the dark with a flash. Doesn't have to be pitch black. This might work. Just make sure your dick is not in your hand.

Bit of an update.

Due to some unforseen issues, I will be starting the Winny next week at some point. Still going to run it for 6 weeks.
 
I'm considering (again) switching to var at 40-60mg for 6 maybe or even 8 weeks.

Either way I go, it will be started this week. The reason I might change it is that Winny is hard on joints. Var is supposedly much easier in general as well.
