Spring Recomp Cycle

Took an unexpected rest day today due to work. I had to work late then install a garage door opener for a customer so I didn't get home until 1030.

But since I promised nudez. Here are some food baby noodz.

I'm leaning out big time. Plus I've packed on a decent amount of muscle so far. I'm now warming up close to some of my starting maxes. Strength is waay up.
 
Guys I just learned about the fuking coolest thing ever. There is this thing called medieval mma!!! Where they fuking wear real armor and real but blunted swords/hammer/axes, Shields and they try to knock each other the fuk out. It can be 1v1 up to 20v20

Alright so when you reach the end of your current workout plan I got an absolute killer of a plan for you to try, 2 weeks long, best to do at either the start or end of a bulking cycle. I had the wife and I do it and it nearly killed us both...let me know when you're ready to suffer. ?

Hahahaha I'm down. I've got 6ish(i think) more weeks before I drop to only test. I'm gonna probably do some mostly heavy days for the next couple weeks and then ill do that.
 
It's a 6 day a week workout for 2 weeks, it's so evil, I'm so proud of it lol, you'll need to be enhanced to do it. You'll need the advanced recovery time.
 
I forgot to mention this yesterday. Its probably nothing though. But yesterday morning I woke up with a massive calf cramp. I'm talking excruciating. It took about 5 minutes for me to massage it out. But it woke me up at 6am. It could be just been hot and made me dehydrated but that's never happened before. I have plenty of taurine so I'm gonna load on that again and maybe some potassium.

Any other ideas?

Increase Kratom dose... your sitting on kilos don't be a cheap ass
 
Good workout today. Took it easy and went light with some higher reps. Did squats up to my bodyweight on the bar and it felt solid. Feels good to be able to go parallel again.

One thing is bothering me though. I've leaned out but I just cannot get the last little bit of fat around my mid section to go away. My diet has been slacking a little bit but has still been mostly clean.

I guess I need more ab work? I'm already doing weighted situps and weighted leg lifts.

Any ideas guys?
 
Try HIIT for your cardio maybe? I saw body comp changes through carb cycling with no added cardio.

Honestly ab work may help to a degree but you prob need to manipulate carbs , the tren will deff help to keep trimming you up but when you keep carbs super high you're gonna have that excess water retention. You're still very lean man you have a similar body comp too me , if I were you'd I'd just focus on getting big and say screw the abs as long as you have a solid core and lack of a belly is say your doin good . Then again everyone's body goals are different . What's your weight right now ?

I haven't weighed myself in a few days. I suck at gaining weight. Probably still sitting at about 188-190.

I'm gonna wait until I start the Winny to really worry about the abs. Id just like my midsection to be as lean as the rest of my body.

You could add T3 too bro... 25mcg just to compensate for down regulation with tren... same as your endogenous T3 levels when off cycle
 
I've used T2 to lean out which may not be as strong but also didn't seem to mess with my hormones long term.

Do you still have the Taurine I sent? That might help with cramping?

I wish I could go enhanced...with my somatotype I would look like Sadik in a year, 18 months, tops!

Yeah I do still have quite a bit actually. I started taking it at 3g per day and no more cramps.

Lol. Do you think you would be ok with a cruise dose of test? Or maybe a bit higher?
 
I'm not sure, I could probably get away with it if I didn't have such a stressful (meds)/government job but as it is risks way outweigh benefits, they just need to legalize all those goodies...and reefer.

Guys, when I woke up today I had a slight sore throat. Now my lungs are feeling sensitive. One of my boss' have a chest infection so I'm gonna load up on Vitamin C starting today. I do NOT want to get sick right now.

That craps been going around for 3 months. Took me 20 days to kick the crap, and I don't get sick.
 
Lungs were still sensitive when I woke up this morning. I slept like sh1t last night. No matter how I layed, my chest was hurting. I ended up getting up at 5am (2.5 hours early) and dosed a bunch of kratom to see if it would help. It helped somewhat, but didn't help me go back to sleep. I was nodding off on the couch but just couldn't fall back asleep. I went in to work a little early and took it easy. Only did deliveries so I wouldn't feel worse at the end of the day.

Got off early and hit the gym with my mom. Took it easy there as well but just couldn't get into it and ended up calling it after 40 minutes. It felt like I couldn't fully catch my breath.

I am starting to feel better though. Hopefully I can get some actual sleep tonight. If not, I'm gonna smoke myself retarded and make myself sleep lol.
