Spotty beard

Hi everybody !
I have a spotty beard, and i want to know what supplements can help growing beard for the holes in my beard lol it looks comic :tongue2:

I don't think you can do much about that. I am the same way. Maybe running a bunch of test would do the trick, but I doubt it.
 
M-drol caused my beard to grow in a lot thicker. My mustache was always choppy. I tried to grow one just before my first cycle of drol. It was all spotty, so I shaved it off immediately. After my second cycle of m-drol I got lazy and forgot to shave and I noticed that my mustache was growing in very thick and no spots. It had to be the superdrol because I'm 30 years old and it didn't grow in like that till after those cycles. I have done plenty of cycles but m-drol is the only one to affect my facial hair like that.
 
I heard shaving makes it grow faster..lol

sry, not sure if there is really anything you can do.

most likely its autoimmune, if so cortisone injected sub-q at sight. 2 or 3x should do the trick. Your immune system is attacking the hair folicle. you could try low dose naltrexone 4.5 mg at bed for a month or so. It cleared my psoriasis and is good for most autoimmune diseases
