So, Supreme Labs was kind enough to send me a bottle of their 30mg/ml liquid Cialis product. It's called TADA Drive and it has 30 doses in the bottle.
They also sell it in capsules if you prefer.
Cialis is an erectile dysfunction (ED) drug that can help you overcome that problem in bed, due to age, loss of libido, and AAS usage. It's something you don't want to be using all the time as you can become dependent on it. Cialis lasts a whopping 36 hours in the body, so you'll have 1 and a half day to get your groove on.
TL;DR
Here's an excellent article from the Life Extension Foundation on ED and some of it's pharmacological treatments, as well as natural ones.

Interesting, as we all probably know Cialis increase NO2 levels in the body, which you could assume you could get the natural experience with something like arginine and citrulline, but in my experience, although this is a good amino acid combination, it simply doesn't work to produce results for ED. Although arginine and citrulline increase NO2 levels, there is a rate limiting factor in how many enzymes i takes to convert the NO2 to an erection. So, although it might give you a good pump in the gym, it unfortunately won't help give you that same pump in the 'jim'.
Typically, I take my Cialis with yohimbine HCl 2.5mg, which incidentally is sold as it's own erectile aid called Aphrodyne, along with the original Bulgarian Tribulus, Tribestan. You can read more about the OG Bulgarian Tribestan on their website. I feel it gives me a little bit of a libido boost.
I will be taking TADA alone and with combinations of the above supplements I mentioned and see how the pros and cons are. So, stay tuned to this thread and when I get a chance to try TADA, I'll post about the results I have.

Mechanism Of Action
Penile erection during sexual stimulation is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and corpus cavernosal smooth muscle. This response is mediated by the release of nitric oxide (NO) from nerve terminals and endothelial cells, which stimulates the synthesis of cGMP in smooth muscle cells. Cyclic GMP causes smooth muscle relaxation and increased blood flow into the corpus cavernosum. The inhibition of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enhances erectile function by increasing the amount of cGMP. Tadalafil inhibits PDE5. Because sexual stimulation is required to initiate the local release of nitric oxide, the inhibition of PDE5 by tadalafil has no effect in the absence of sexual stimulation.
The effect of PDE5 inhibition on cGMP concentration in the corpus cavernosum and pulmonary arteries is also observed in the smooth muscle of the prostate, the bladder and their vascular supply. The mechanism for reducing BPH symptoms has not been established.
Studies in vitro have demonstrated that tadalafil is a selective inhibitor of PDE5. PDE5 is found in the smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum, prostate, and bladder as well as in vascular and visceral smooth muscle, skeletal muscle, urethra, platelets, kidney, lung, cerebellum, heart, liver, testis, seminal vesicle, and pancreas.
In vitro studies have shown that the effect of tadalafil is more potent on PDE5 than on other phosphodiesterases. These studies have shown that tadalafil is >10,000-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE1, PDE2, PDE4, and PDE7 enzymes, which are found in the heart, brain, blood vessels, liver, leukocytes, skeletal muscle, and other organs. Tadalafil is >10,000-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE3, an enzyme found in the heart and blood vessels. Additionally, tadalafil is 700-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE6, which is found in the retina and is responsible for phototransduction. Tadalafil is >9,000-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE8, PDE9, and PDE10. Tadalafil is 14-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE11A1 and 40-fold more potent for PDE5 than for PDE11A4, two of the four known forms of PDE11. PDE11 is an enzyme found in human prostate, testes, skeletal muscle and in other tissues (e.g., adrenal cortex). In vitro, tadalafil inhibits human recombinant PDE11A1 and, to a lesser degree, PDE11A4 activities at concentrations within the therapeutic range. The physiological role and clinical consequence of PDE11 inhibition in humans have not been defined.

SourceTadalafil is a PDE5 inhibitor which increases blood flow to the penis with sexual arousal.[2] It also dilates blood vessels in the lungs, which lowers the pulmonary artery pressure.[2]

Mechanism of action[edit]
Penile erection during sexual stimulation is caused by increased penile blood flow resulting from the relaxation of penile arteries and the smooth muscle of the corpus cavernosum. This response is mediated by the release of nitric oxide (NO) from nerve terminals and endothelial cells, which stimulates the synthesis of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (more commonly known as cyclic GMP or cGMP) in smooth muscle cells. cGMP relaxes smooth muscle and increases blood flow to the corpus cavernosum.
The inhibition of phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) enhances erectile function by increasing the amount of cGMP. Tadalafil (and sildenafil and vardenafil) inhibits PDE5. However, because sexual stimulation is required to initiate the local penile release of nitric oxide, tadalafil's inhibition of PDE5 will have no effect without direct sexual stimulation of the penis.
Duration of action[edit]
Although sildenafil, vardenafil, and tadalafil all work by inhibiting PDE5, tadalafil's pharmacologic distinction is its longer half-life (17.5 hours),[11] compared to sildenafil and vardenafil, which are both 4–5 hours.[12] This translates to a longer duration of action, which is partly responsible for "The Weekend Pill" nickname. Furthermore, the longer half-life is the basis for tadalafil's daily therapeutic use in treating pulmonary arterial hypertension.
Comparison with actions of other PDE5 inhibitors[edit]
Tadalafil, sildenafil, and vardenafil all act by inhibiting the PDE5 enzyme, but these drugs also inhibit PDE enzymes 6, 1, and 11 in varying degrees.
Sildenafil and vardenafil inhibit PDE6, an enzyme found in the eye, more than tadalafil.[13] Some sildenafil users see a bluish tinge and have a heightened sensitivity to light because of PDE6 inhibition.[14]
Sildenafil and vardenafil also inhibit PDE1 more than tadalafil.[13] PDE1 is found in the brain, heart, and vascular smooth muscle.[13] It is thought that the inhibition of PDE1 by sildenafil and vardenafil leads to vasodilation, flushing, and tachycardia.[13]
Tadalafil inhibits PDE11 more than sildenafil or vardenafil.[13] PDE11 is expressed in skeletal muscle, the prostate, the liver, the kidney, the pituitary gland, and the testes.[13] The effects on the body of inhibiting PDE11 are not known.[13]
