Any tips for speed of the Floor, my lock is down pat, but once i get to a certain weight my speed is 1/3 what it should be. any good assistant exercise you would recommend?

Deficit deads! Those helped me so much.
any inch deficit you find that word the best? or just in general.
IME, trouble breaking the floor comes more so from a lack of rigidity in the body and bracing than a physical weakness. Video will definitely tell the story.

Your setup is fine. The only issue I see is not pulling towards your hips once the floor is broken.
ok ok so you think i am pulling more straight up then towards me? just making sure i got that right, i deadlift tomorrow so ill start pulling it towards me
Yeah, that's what I mean. With your center of gravity, you'll have to start pulling towards you sooner in the motion.
