I have a 90 count bottle of Spawn. I was thinking of pulsing it Mon/Wed/Fri. My question is and I know you will say research research research, Don't have a lot of computer time. So how would one pulse it? Meaning 1 pill a day or the 3 full pills a day. What times on dosing, support supps. I know due to to pulsing no serm will be needed, but what about after supps? I have some 6 oxo. Thanks for any time spent on this. 190 pounds 41 years old, many years of lifting experience. Have done a few H drol cycles. Mass fx/Hyperdrol x2, 3 AD cycle.

Not to be rude bro. But if you do not have time to research putting steriods in your system you should not be running them.

I just don't understand why so many are so rude on this forum. A man asks an honest question and all I see are people bad mouthing him. A person asks a simple question and instead of spending 30 seconds typing an answer to the question, they spend a minute typing some dumb remark. And if I had an answer to the OP, then I would have answered it.

Who was bad mouthing him? He has enough time to post a question and then make a reply so he has time to research what he is putting in his body. To just ask a question and blindly take for granted what someones tells him what to do without doing research is plain insane. This is the friendliest forum around if he posted that on some others he would have his head handed to him.

learning for yourself is best because it's just more complicated than we can explain. I could talk about pulsing for a while. I can answer questions but the explanation is longer. People are safer if they understand the whole explanation, and it's usually something they should learn on their own.

The questions make assumptions that aren't good, 1 pill or 3 pills a day? Pulsing at 1 pill is pointless, 3-4 pills of spawn is going to be more like it. If you don't understand when to take the pills, you don't understand pulsing at all, it's all pre-WO and post-WO to spike blood levels around the workout, that's the essence of a pulse. And then there's the assumption about no SERM in PCT... I would do a serm anyway, even though shutdown is minimized on a pulse. Why?? Serms are cheap, might as well. I don't do OTC pct's lol, ever, why **** around with AI's when you can skyrocket your test with a SERM.

pembroke - Sorry, but I was just generalizing... not so much directed at just this specific thread....but there are others that when someone asks a simple question get shredded for it. And you are right - this forum is WAY better that the others!

unreal - good answer to the OP question. Although, isn't one way of learning on your own just asking questions? Yes you can learn tons by just surfing around on hear and reading everyone's everything or by doing specific searches. (However, you will waste a lot of time reading people's flame throwing and others rants (like mine - sorry))

No problem bro. What got me was my first 5 words I wrote which were "Not to br rude bro". It is fine if someone who has done some research and is a little confused on one part or another to get clarification. But when you come with no knowledge at all and say well I do not have time to learn(even though I am on the computer know) so lay out this cycle for me these people should put down steriods till they have the time to do them.

Sorry dude 3 kids work a lot of hours and usually any free time i get is in the gym. Did not mean to use up your valuable time. I know what it is it is Phera plus Tren. I know if i did it for 4 weeks straight i would use a serm. I have the knowledge but don't know much about pulsing. Thanks again for your valuable time and effort.

I only ask questions when I can't find the answer myself. I am good at searching and can usually find any answer by myself, no need to waste time making threads asking the same question for the 1000th time. You want to know how to pulse, don't ask "how do I pulse," just go read Dr. D's thread on pulsing. There is more information there than you will EVER get by asking on your own.

Here's how you search, think of what you're searching for and come up with several variations on the wording. Open a browser window for every variation and do a google search. In each window, open up a tab for every hit that looks close to what you want. You should end up with something like 3 windows holding 5+ tabs each. Skim them and close what's irrelevant. Read the rest. Learn. Do a new search based on what you've learned. Figure out the best wording to search for and do a search on AM for thread titles. Open all of them, close what's irrelevant, read all of the rest. Refine searches and repeat through forums or google, whatever.

It's not time consuming. I can type a search and start pulling tabs and tabs of results in under a minute. Asking questions is the lazy way, waiting for the answer to come to you. It's a forum... so asking questions is fine, but you'll get a respons based on what members want to tell you, and members get tired of repeating the same thing over and over. Ive seen guys come on here with 0 cycle experience and they've got absolutely everything figured out, you gotta be proud of them, because they help themselves.
