They said they got shipment though about a week ago. Posted video, figure they would get it out by now. I don't get how they could get their kraken but not V2 shortly after. Lol, they should just stop telling people "5 business days it will go out" and just tell people. "Sorry we will fill you in when we actually get our shipment, sorry for the delay." Just stop giving people definite dates and cut the BS. That's all I'm saying.

Ha I totally get you. You c any compare kraken to v2's tho since they're different manufacturers so that's not a convo.

For the dates, I've said quite a few times we don't really know and can't guarantee but naturally everyone asks anyways so we tell the best we know to appease those people. We can totally just stop giving any date info but you all keep asking the question ha.

I wish they would just keep the website up to date and change the expected ship date on there. It still says 11/15. I bet that would save them a ton of calls and messages.

I think he just meant taking the shipping date down because people who don't look at the forum and know the delay issue are assuming it's shipping out now.... it's for future customers ordering. Because on the website it still says 11/15 they shipped out.

Nobody has been on messenger or answered the phone since Wednesday of last week. Anyone hear anything?
 
Finally got through to the boss man today and while I don't have any new dates, it seems like things are finally moving again after being at a total standstill. We were moving the warehouse as well so that didn't help.

As you guys can see, LOTS of growing pains right now so please be patient.

That said, do keep pinging us and asking questions. I'll keep doing what I can to help

Still nobody answers the phone. If we didn't have booneman I would be flipping out thinking they closed shop.

Don't fee bad, it took me even almost a week to get someone to answer me... they're buried beyond reason with the move and getting diked at every turn with the mfg.

I'm as frustrated as you guys as I have goodies I've been waiting for since August myself ha.

You can quote me when I say that if I thought there was any chance of things not coming through I'd be the first one to throw in the towel and make a stink. I'm not one to support shady bs. I work as a manufacturing process improvement consultant for a living so efficiency and transparency are in my blood.

I appreciate you guys keeping the buzz tho. Nothing moves without a good push.

Wait...I couldn't even cancel if I wanted to because they never answer the damn phone.

I don't do facebook, but you can see there are postings on their page wondering what's going on yet nobody responds. They posted on their facebook wall right before the comments were made too.

This is true. Just today they posted lean v2 promo with link to the website saying it is in stock and ships by 11/15.

I would much rather have another bootleg ship date to get some false hope, but we get complete silence instead. This does not look good on their part. I can't even explain how mad this is making me. Let's update our website, move warehouses, stop responding to people or at least telling them to wait until they get shipment. All while keeping customers waiting for over a month and having only one legitimate rep (Boone) actually relay information he struggled to get in the first place . I just think it's dumb they do all these other things to "promote" the company but can't even get their orders out past a few kraken shipments. My first priority would be to my customers then marketing. At this point I don't care if this "new sh1t" is any good because I could of gone through any other company, got comparable products "sorry but let's be honest here, there is always other good competitors" and would of been 10x more happy than dealing with loop holes, miscommunication, Massive delays with blame on manufacturer... why did you get guys select such a garbage manufacturer? I've never heard of a month and a half delay on product... that's pretty damn significant. Plus moving warehouses when you don't have shipment out to customers waiting? I'm just sitting in my chair LoLing because obviously the marketing strategy, business practice, and everything is being run poorly. I'm finishing my degree this year and have buddies who are marketing/business majors who laugh at this situation. There is just so many shortcoming, excuses, and obvious red flags that can't be made up for. "Drop mic"

I cleared it just now, well it's nice to know we have some information! Hopefully it's accurate but that could be a 25% chance of being so!

I just received this through a distributor not sparta, been since dec 4 with a few times i've asked on why the order hasn't shipped and they tell me the don't know now i get this message. So since im in Canada ill have to wait till feb more than likely to receive my products. 2 months wait for supps is not my idea of good customer service. Boone are you sure they will be ready first week of Jan cause in another thread i seen that the manufacturer has falsely told you eta dates. How can we be sure if they've already compromised their word. If information was emailed previously about issues etc people will be more understanding but with no info or contact this could have been dealt with differently from a customers stand point. Honestly ill be decideding tonight if im going to cancel the sparta products to get my order out. International customers already have a long wait time to receive supps this doesn't help.

Honestly I can't give you any more words of encouragement or guarantee beyond what's said in that message. I don't have any direct connection with the manufacturer myself so my only source is the same guy that wrote that message (what I hear, you hear). I totally understand any skepticism at this point and frankly am still anxious to see this finally pan out myself (yeah, I'm sick of hearing you all getting held up ha ;) )

As for the timeframe, if all goes as planned, even to Canada, barring a customs hold for a long time, you should have your stuff in a week or so with the expedited shipping.

Lol, well I still got pending on my account so I guess we'll see! If it doesn't ship today though (never Sparta again) after that whole guarantee
