They said they got shipment though about a week ago. Posted video, figure they would get it out by now. I don't get how they could get their kraken but not V2 shortly after. Lol, they should just stop telling people "5 business days it will go out" and just tell people. "Sorry we will fill you in when we actually get our shipment, sorry for the delay." For the dates, I've said quite a few times we don't really know and can't guarantee but naturally everyone asks anyways so we tell the best we know to appease those people. We can totally just stop giving any date info but you all keep asking the question ha.

Finally got through to the boss man today and while I don't have any new dates, it seems like things are finally moving again after being at a total standstill. We were moving the warehouse as well so that didn't help.
As you guys can see, LOTS of growing pains right now so please be patient.

They need to respond someway/somehow. Answer the phone, respond to messages/chat....whatever. There needs to be some sort of communication from them to the customers. We shouldn't have to rely on booneman for our updates. I'm about ready to cancel all three of my orders and go another route. Wait...I couldn't even cancel if I wanted to because they never answer the damn phone.
I don't do facebook, but you can see there are postings on their page wondering what's going on yet nobody responds. They posted on their facebook wall right before the comments were made too.

Those posts on facebook have since been deleted. What's that...a few hours they lasted? They can delete posts but can't communicate anything to us. I would much rather have another bootleg ship date to get some false hope, but we get complete silence instead. This does not look good on their part. I can't even explain how mad this is making me. This is a business, we are the customers. They should answer each and every email and call no matter what the situation.

My first priority would be to my customers then marketing. At this point I don't care if this "new sh1t" is any good because I could of gone through any other company, got comparable products "sorry but let's be honest here, there is always other good competitors" and would of been 10x more happy than dealing with loop holes, miscommunication, Massive delays with blame on manufacturer... why did you get guys select such a garbage manufacturer? I've never heard of a month and a half delay on product... that's pretty damn significant. Plus moving warehouses when you don't have shipment out to customers waiting? I'm just sitting in my chair LoLing because obviously the marketing strategy, business practice, and everything is being run poorly. I'm finishing my degree this year and have buddies who are marketing/business majors who laugh at this situation. There is just so many shortcoming, excuses, and obvious red flags that can't be made up for. I just received this through a distributor not sparta, been since dec 4 with a few times i've asked on why the order hasn't shipped and they tell me the don't know now i get this message. So since im in Canada ill have to wait till feb more than likely to receive my products. 2 months wait for supps is not my idea of good customer service. Boone are you sure they will be ready first week of Jan cause in another thread i seen that the manufacturer has falsely told you eta dates. How can we be sure if they've already compromised their word. If information was emailed previously about issues etc people will be more understanding but with no info or contact this could have been dealt with differently from a customers stand point. Honestly ill be decideding tonight if im going to cancel the sparta products to get my order out. International customers already have a long wait time to receive supps this doesn't help.
