Scale went up 5 lbs and don't know why, pissed ATM and I checked twice
Will recheck Friday and I know could be anything but still pisses me off

Best thing to do is eat at least 4 hours before you go to sleep to get an accurate weight in in the morning, see if that help!

but this is the samething i told my parents and ex when they went to WW for the weekly wiegh in. They starve themselves the night before and get on the scale the next morning.

WW does not take into account any increase of wgt that is caused by muscle. Which is a F joking- by the last pic, certainly not fat in any means. let it ride out and dont fixate on it.
 
Dude, I jump up and down 10-12lbs most days depending what time I weigh myself and how I feel... 5lb isnt even a drop in the ocean
 
Just a little breakfast tip for those who are trying to lean out especially. No carbs, fat and protein as you are in fat burn when you wake up and you want to ride that out. Save the carbs for the meals that follow your workout. MCT's in your first meal is great. I used eggs and egg whites if I am eating am but lean meats fried in coconut oil is also highly recommended.

Yah really helped me. There are vids showing that people on IF are going into Ketosis even with a fairly high card diet. Shows that you are in fat burn early in the day even if you backload carbs. Only makes sense to just try and stay there.
 
I've been carb back-loading since November 2012. Did tons of research and it made absolute sense. Your body is primed to utilize the nutrients correctly

3 Whole Eggs and 3 Egg whites, is my breakfast every day after following IF 16/8, some times i add 30% reduced fat cheddar, i will keep it running like this when bulking only eat carbs after i workout, how is carb backloading, is it the better option to use to phase out of ketosis to lean bulk.
 
Carb back-loading is pretty much a life style diet. Keeps you lean while making lean gains. It's back-loading your carbs postworkout only. Absolutely no carbs prior to working out.

I'm going to bridge into epi andro and osta afterwards for a month then pct with clomid
With Sparta lean no pct is needed at 2 caps a day.

Must say the fat on my chest is going down and that is super stubborn. Sparta nutrition you have a winner here so far will get 2 bottles in the future and dose higher

Today in doing chest and back in the am then legs pm
Changing it up a little due too knee pain

Well there are side effects for these products that vary per individual and Ostarine varies per individual too, some get very little suppression while some totally loose their libido and get supressed hard. There is a thread on SARMs with layouts included, I know you asked him but I'm just dropping my 2 cents :D.

Personally, I always do a proper PCT (maybe a little shorter depending on the compound). If I am using stuff that is going to take my body out of homeostasis hormonally, I want to get back there as quickly and efficiently (and safely) as possible.
That being said, Ostarine was very gentle for me, and though I didn't feel any adverse side effects I still PCT'd to be on the safe side. Ostarine and Dermacrine was a great cycle for me, with respect to what you are looking for.
Sparta Lean seems to be helping people do exactly what you are looking to do, so that may very well be an avenue to pursue. I say "seem" only because I haven't had the opportunity to run it yet, so I am going by the information provided in the logs thus far. I am logging Cerberus and am really enjoying it, and seeing definite body composition changes.
Another important consideration is that diet will determine what a compound or series of compounds will do for you. If you are looking to lean out, then your diet needs to reflect that. No product will fix a broken diet.
 
Bigdumogre I woke up 3lbs. heavier today as well. Ate 500 cals under maint last 3 days, sodium within 200mg of daily goal, carbs around 200. So don't be discouraged. Screw the scale, the mirror tells me good things.

Totally. I referred to ostarine only to show how we each respond differently to different compounds.

I think you will find the consensus is no alcohol on cycle. If you would like to partake in the alcohol don't go on cycle. Just taxing your body even more.

As for PCT there is a thread by Yates that has all the information you could ever want. It is a pretty active thread so should be easy to search for.

You are very wrong... A kilo of fat is equal in weight to a kilo og muscles.. But a kilo of fat is greater in size.

muscle is about 18% more dense than fat and one pound of muscle occupies less space (volume) than one pound of fat. fine a pound is a pound- but your only mentioning this because your trying to justify your swollen-mess -

11-oxo can be ran higher like 7-900mg/day

So for Lean I would say 4 caps/day max.

Ever take a cortisol blocker? Some people get energy from it but I don't, it actually puts me to sleep. Maybe it is the same way with the 11oxo possibly?

Still feeling good and zero sides at all so far so very impressed
Muscles feel extremely full
 
You can still get a lot done with lighter leg work and save those knees. More concentration on contraction, isometric holds and exercise variety with some high volume can be just as effective if not more in a lot of cases.
 
Density work seems awesome for me for building muscle while saving joints. Gironda style 8x8 is fun for that.
