Actually never needed but makes the transition easier. Many people for decades never pct'd and I still understand the pro's and cons of using one verse not using one. For Sparta Lean one is it needed.

I personally would be hesitant to say a Serm is not needed. Sure people have not used them and still recovered, but who wants to take the chance or extended time to get their HPTA back to normal. Obviously it is up to the individual but I would always opt for a Serm (for hormonal products I mean).

I am looking forward to running Lean in the future, so love reading your log :biggthumpup:
 
Tons of reading on 11-oxo says that a SERM PCT is almost never needed unless you run 900+mg daily for weeks, but eh. Better to be safe than sorry :)

I agree and will probably do 50/25/25 dosage or bridge into Ostarine then pct

Pull overs for chest before bench press, works well to pre exhaust, to keep progressing I have been changing the order of the exersizes for every workout e.g. benchpress first for one session or pull overs first, or even doing dumbbell flyes before moving on the pressing.

BTW, thin crust = low(er) carbs. ;]

Was pretty spent after this workout so took a break. My cals still have been a little high so gonna lower them some more

Afterward in pct is my suggestion... Ara is great, but IMO its better used when your hormones are potentially a bit out of whack rather than when theyre optimized on cycle

Liking the meal! Have you tried sweet potato fries with a chipotle mayo? Sooooooo good!

Daily total cals I try and hit 2400-2500 as per my fitness pal
Maint is 3000
 
Meal looks good, i am currently ketogenic but cannot wait till i start lean bulking by introducing carbs in the next 6-8 weeks.
 
I have done keto and it works great for me., low carb always does but I crave them all day and it drives me insane.

It makes it much harder to adhere to but i find it fats are high enough the cravings do ease off, but towards later stages i start carb re-feeds to maintain sanity.
 
A good way to do yams to to cut them up and spice them and just bake them.
 
Sweet potatoes and cinnamon!!! Yum!
