Ok AM community. I have a certain group of females at my gym needing some "spark". Any deals out there?
I know right..just curious what I could get it for..these poor ladies are getting their heads busted!
Heck I suggested something like amino energy. .these are non gym goers that get frightened by supps.any suggestions as alternative s
I've never heard of this product or company before. I just looked at the ingredients. It's not a cheap alternative, but you may want to show them the ingredients and tell them that this will give them about as much energy as an Emergen-C drink. While Vaughn has suggested a good product, he's probably gone too far in the other direction, since they are hesitant with supps and I am not sure I'd recommend a DMAA product to such a user.
Have you asked them what it is, exactly, they think they are getting from "Spark"? I bet there's some placebo at play. If they really want energy and that drink works, then a 200 mg caffeine pill will work just as well.
DMAA was and is used by new supplement users all the time. It comes down to total dose.
Off The Chain has 20mg/srv, less than 1/3 the serving size in mesomorph.
An advocare product? Ugh please don't waste your or their money
