what a lot of people don't get is that an occassional cheat meal is actually a good thing on a cut. i think when you are on reduced cals for an extended time metabolism adapts and slows down to preserve fat stores, the cheat meal resets metabolism back into a higher gear, at least this is my thinking-bro science that it may be, lol.

That's what I've heard, and I believe it as well. We will see what happens. I got my diet tweaked today as well. I could post it all up if you guys wanted to take a look at it.

Pretty close to it. I usually weigh myself in the AM after I go to the bathroom.

I hope so, it seems pretty cool. I'll probably go up by 10 pounds for a bit at first. And I don't have an Olympic bar, so I'm making do with my home gym and dumbbells.

Sorry guys, I've been MIA lately. Had some person stuff going on. I hit the gym tonight, just a quick little workout to get me going again. I'll post it up tomorrow, but I hit all of the same numbers I hit last week.
 
Well, this is a wrap. I haven't been in the gym much lately, but I am out of Mass HGH and I didn't always take it on days where I wasn't in the gym. But, I noticed great sleep and recovery the next day. I never really felt too groggy after I woke up either. This is a great product, and I definitely recommend it to everyone out there. Thanks again to Marms and Lecheek Nutrition hooking me up!!
