I get more on some days but not too often.only 3-5 yikes. i get 5-6/night and do well on that but i def couldn't do any less

Alright guys, I'm thinking bench press 5x5, dead lift 5x5, squat 5x5. Should I add overhead press or bent over row 5x5 as well? Every other day doing this as well.

Will be putting my game plan in place over the Holidays...thinking 3 days a week, 5-6 sets of bigger body parts per workout so over the week 18 or so sets in totlal.

You know what Swanks...at my old raggedy age I am not in it for strength but rather how I look at the end of the day. Focussing on a potential show in 2014...not sure if I want board shorts or speedos.....

Yeah, it sucks man. I'm going to try to do bench work and maybe arms or something if I can? Sucks man.Dude I didnt see this post for some reason! Hope youre doing ok man. Leg press and extensions are ok to sub for squats kinda, maybe some seated goodmornings for erector work instead of deads plus ham curls but that misses most of the posterior chain in a big way.

175.8 on the scale this morning. Should be a bit lower if I weigh myself after work, as I fast throughout the day.
