soul0wner takes it up a level with Forumtech's Level 2

Alright guys, I'm thinking bench press 5x5, dead lift 5x5, squat 5x5. Should I add overhead press or bent over row 5x5 as well? Every other day doing this as well.

I will be doing

Bench press
Deadlift
Squat
Bent over row
Overhead press

All in a day.

I might suggest alternating between the deads and squats
 
Will be putting my game plan in place over the Holidays...thinking 3 days a week, 5-6 sets of bigger body parts per workout so over the week 18 or so sets in totlal.

Sounds good man! Go for progression and you should make some great strength gains

You know what Swanks...at my old raggedy age I am not in it for strength but rather how I look at the end of the day. Focussing on a potential show in 2014...not sure if I want board shorts or speedos.....

Should be getting at it pretty soon here today. Dropped my first serving of level 2 and feeling good!!! Weight is still at 176 and I haven't ate the best the past couple of days. Also have had some beers.

I plan on throwing up at least 210 for 5 reps on bench. It wouldn't be a PR, but we will see what happens. I will be doing deads instead of squats today.

I always say, "I am not in it for strength", but I always try to push bigger numbers. I have an ego to please :)

But seriously, its nice to get stronger but I care s much more about my look and muscle shape and density.

I really felt it the past two days. I shoveled snow this morning and I didn't feel much. May try to lift later today.

Dude I didnt see this post for some reason! Hope youre doing ok man. Leg press and extensions are ok to sub for squats kinda, maybe some seated goodmornings for erector work instead of deads plus ham curls but that misses most of the posterior chain in a big way.

Yeah, it sucks man. I'm going to try to do bench work and maybe arms or something if I can? Sucks man.

175.8 on the scale this morning. Should be a bit lower if I weigh myself after work, as I fast throughout the day.
