How would you like to feel physically and mentally energized though out the day because you got the best quality sleep stages? work, gym, dealing with relationships with people it can all take its toll and with out a quality sleep a person becomes more unproductive. It has been said when a person is mentally refreshed they get five times more productive work done, which is usually the first six or so hours after a good night sleep.
After a certain time period productively goes down, mistakes happen much for frequently and that is why a good nights sleep is important for optimal performance.

-Currently I generally get a goods night sleep (8-9 hours)
-I have been taking naps after work before training at times as I come up wiped out and a 30 minute nap re-energizes me
-Stress levels are not bad
-recovery is overall good.
-Physical activity very active

I am be reviewing accessing Somnidren-Gh on the following
-Sleep quality if I think I got better sleep quality
-Stress levels; although my stress levels currently are not high we will see if they change and if s-gh makes them even lower
-Recovery -we'll see if it improves recovery
