Can't wait till it arrives, I need some good quality sleep!! I just hope it's not addictive. I know you're supposed to take 2 days off each week, but I can only imagine how sleepless those two days might be....

It should not be that bad. You should have enough cellular concentrations of the compounds from the previous five days to bridge those two days.

What about stopping completely? Main ingredient that concerns me is the phenibut... known to be habit forming.
 
ordered mine today been waiting on samples for a good while, havent got any yet. I like MST's other products enough to know I wont be dissapointed.

There is only a small amount of Phenibut in Somnidren-GH. It isn't enough to become addictive or habit formong. We specifically formulated around this.
