Brodus Banned Oct 19, 2004 #5 CITRULLINE MALATE!! The stuff is amazing, seriously! Through some in Gatorade and rock out. Do you guys really use ECA before runs? I've found my times in nearly every race suffered if I used ECA pre-race.
