A suggestion, when I wrote Building the Perfect Beast and included the idea of being able to keep "The Boys" doing their thing (but at a little lower level) I got the usual "No, the world is flat" response even though I had monitored over 3000 athletes over the years, in one way or another via blood work, and validated this several times. Yup, and then of course this year (3 years later) a few research sites are available that validate this as well. But here we go again...
When coming off a protocol, starting the last week, the use of UH tends to really help avoid the big dips.
