..some quite upsetting news about my current cycle

giantz was righton. do a little searching on anti estrogens. the discriptions reem gave sounds more like HCG. UH stimulates your own test production. as far as the how long to wait they recommend time on equals time off. not including pct. so 4wks after pct is a good idea.

Yeah, I think it is more like HCG, acting as LH would stimulating test production while blocking the androgen negative-feedback loop.

Well, anyhow, here's a quick update at 2 weeks Post-Cycle:

Weight: 212lbs (-5lbs from the start of PCT)
Waist: 31.5" (-1.5" from start of PCT)

I look much leaner and can see my abs clearly again! bloat is gone.. I look smaller now though..

How long do you presume it will take to recover? I am hoping maybe 2 weeks or so. (I know it's hard to predict, but I just want a ballpark estimate)

thanks.
Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!

Okay, if you start UH you will be back up in about 14 days. Easy lad.

A suggestion, when I wrote Building the Perfect Beast and included the idea of being able to keep "The Boys" doing their thing (but at a little lower level) I got the usual "No, the world is flat" response even though I had monitored over 3000 athletes over the years, in one way or another via blood work, and validated this several times. Yup, and then of course this year (3 years later) a few research sites are available that validate this as well. But here we go again...

When coming off a protocol, starting the last week, the use of UH tends to really help avoid the big dips.

I know, I was over-estimating the HPTA's recovery ability.. I know it takes a while longer to recover. Thanks for checking out my thread though. I posted that a while ago, before thinking about what I was actually saying.

Great thread...anarchy i was just wondering where you obtained all of your blood test information. did you go into your personal doctor every few weeks and request a blood test? i am going to the doc on tuesday to request blood results of T free T Ediol etc.... and im not sure if i am going to have to explain the whole reason i want the blood test, and if i will have to come in and request one every few weeks or months..are there any other ways to have your blood hormone levels checked often?...or do you have to go into your personal doc and request a new blood test and then wait for the results each time?

thanks in advance.

I have a part time job at a lab, so getting bw done is real easy (and free!). I don't think you'll have any problem getting yours done, although I don't know if you will be able to do it as frequently as I can. Just ask you primary medical doctor to give you a lab sheet, head over the the lab, and get some done. Your doctor will probably want a reason for drawing blood, so tell him that you want some things checked out.. You could also go to an online-type place (I've seen sources posted on this board) and pay out of your pocket.
