I would have eaten more protein. 2g protein/kg is what I personally need to maintain bodyweight on a normal basis. 4 pounds of muscle is still 4 pounds of muscle no matter how u look at it. Plus u had no sides.10mg SD / Day for 3 weeks

And the (disappointing) results so far:
4 lbs
strength went up a little bit
unbelievable pumps at the gym
absolutely no sides
