Some questions about SUPERDROL

10mg SD / Day for 3 weeks
25 * bodyweight cal.
about 2g protein / kg

And the (disappointing) results so far:

4 lbs
strength went up a little bit
unbelievable pumps at the gym
absolutely no sides
I would have eaten more protein. 2g protein/kg is what I personally need to maintain bodyweight on a normal basis. 4 pounds of muscle is still 4 pounds of muscle no matter how u look at it. Plus u had no sides.

I supprised no one mentioned using Seasathin.
 
I finally finished my 3 week SD Cycle (10mg only...did 3 doses of 20mg just for "poops & giggles") and I have gained 13 lbs, the majority being muscle (fat caliper check every week).
I started eating around 2700 calories (maintenance) then when I started the cycle, I bumped it up to 3300-3500.

I just started PCT and will hopefull keep these great gains.

I've got a a pain in the left side of my lower back, but I can't say wsether it's my back or my kidney.......hopefully it's my back.
Is SD strong for the kidney???

I didnt and i think its not needed.

It should be the back... or maybe the prostate, but not the kidneys bro. SD should not affect kindey functionality at all.
The pain will go away a couple days when u stop it or if u reduce the dose (from 20 to 10mg for istance).

I just took one dose (10mg) in the morning with breakfast.
 
i don't think its ur kidney, kidney pain wouldn't be localized like that, u wouldn't be able to pinpoint pain to ur kidney

How are you ??? Hope you're fine.

Now, two weeks after I finished PCT I just want to inform you about the "results".

I gained 6-7 pounds and havent't lost a pound (yet)
I think this is ok, isn't it

My strength went up a little bit and I can say that I did't have any worthy sides.

I still have got enough SD and XT to go for a second and last cycle.

I realized, that I made an HUGE misstake!!!

I read one of the sticky threads about things to do while on.
It said, that you should eat about 1-2 g protein per pound......now guess what I did do; I ate 1-2 g of protein per
kg, which is 0,5 - 1 g per pound :frustrate :rant:

It took me since last week to recognize that......
(btw. I bought some original American peanut butter :cheers: )



So for the next cycle I'll go again for 10mg/day for 3 weeks and 2 weeks of 50mg XT.
But this time I'll eat 3g of protein per kg :lol:

I weigh 97 kg how many calories sould I eat per day while on ???

For how long should I wait till I start the next cycle??
(I'm off since 4 weeks, I finished PCT 2 weeks ago)


Thank you guys and have a nice summer......here in Germany it's still quite cold even though it's June already.... :sad:
