Solo run advice

I'm fairly new to the supplement game. Been training for about 20 years now off and on and would consider myself to be in decent shape. About 15% bf, 6ft3, 190 lbs. I want to run a few supplements solo to determine my personal reaction to them before I start to get into stacking. Right now I have osta, Andromax, and Alphamax XT. I realize all of these aren't designed for the same purpose. If my goal is to first cut and then do a lean bulk, what order would you recommend I take these supplements? If i could add another supplement in the mix, what would you recommend? My training is at a place it's never been and I have specific diet plans in place. I also have clomid and other otc PCTs but not sure if they're necessary.
 
Clomid and OTC pcts are useful, there's many options for serms and many people react differently to them but clomid is a good serm, a serm is necessary in case u develop gyno from running prohorms or roids. There's always better pcts than others but if your gonna start off with mild supplements then OTC might work. Do research on the compounds in your pcts, read reviews and find out how it worked for others.
 
If your goal right now is to cut, I would suggest starting with Ostarine. I haven't used it personally, but I've read a lot of great feedback from users that use osta during a cut to get leaner and harder. I think starting off with a good diet in a calorie deficit and a solo osta cycle would be a good first step.

From there, depending on your goals, I would follow it with Alphamax XT. Alphamax XT is great for any goal, whether you choose to continue cutting after the osta cycle, or if you choose to start into a lean bulk. Alphamax XT is a very complete product that can help optimize hormone levels to keep you lean while focusing on strength and muscle gain. I also think that it would be a great product to transition out of a cut back into a calorie surplus with.

From there if you're into a lean bulk and you're happy with your progess, I would move to the Andromax. I've never heard of this or used it, but from what I saw online it appears to be a PH. Just be sure you're taking the proper liver care supplements and follow it with a proper PCT. Again, not too knowledgeable with Andromax, but I think the progression from osta to Alphamax XT to a PH would be a good trajectory considering your goals.

I've read it's good to take 2 weeks to do maintenance when switching from cut bulk but I'm impatient AF and never did it.... As for run order I would go Osta, then Andromax, then AlphaMax XT with PCT to help stabalize. You can also run Natty anabolics in PCT in an effort to keep any muscle loss to a minimum. Tr1umph by OL, Androcrine by BPS, XGels by SNS, Epicurus by Sparta, all good options.

I would allow 4 weeks between each project, depending on how long each cycle is. I really think you'll enjoy Alphamax XT. If your nutrition plan is dialed in for you goal you'll see great progress. Ostarine and other PH products can provide benefits, but I don't like potential side effects that can occur with some of the PH compounds. Using a natural product like Alphamax XT will really help maximize your progress, and its a very versatile product that can help with both cutting and bulking without the potential side effects.

For other recommendations I really can't stress enough how important diet is for both of your goals. Supplements and PH's can be beneficial, but 90% of your progress will come from diet. Here's my choices of go-to supplements for both goals you've mentioned:

Cutting:
EC Stack
Oxymax XT
OG Alphamine
Yohimbine HCL

Lean Bulk:
Alphamax XT
X-Gels (ArA)
Tr1umph

These are the products that I use personally and have had great results with. There are other products out there that I'm sure work well, but these are the bread and butter supplements that I keep in my arsenal. Its a short list, but using these products with a solid diet and hard training will give you great results IMO. More isn't always better

Make sure you're using a creatine product during your PCT as well. Creatine will help with strength, endurance and hydration. Maintaining strength post cycle us hard for some, but creatine may help. I would opt for an ergogenic aid such s PowerMax XT where the ingredients are synergistic with one another. A full dose of creatine for strength and recovery, a full dose of betaine for endurance, recovery and body composition. L-Alanyl L-Glutamine for increased recovery and COP for increased performance.

Recovery and performance may be hindered during PCT. Although it is a very basic product, it is something that should always be used and can help during PCT or any time.
