I'm fairly new to the supplement game. Been training for about 20 years now off and on and would consider myself to be in decent shape. About 15% bf, 6ft3, 190 lbs. I want to run a few supplements solo to determine my personal reaction to them before I start to get into stacking. Right now I have osta, Andromax, and Alphamax XT. I realize all of these aren't designed for the same purpose. If my goal is to first cut and then do a lean bulk, what order would you recommend I take these supplements? If i could add another supplement in the mix, what would you recommend? My training is at a place it's never been and I have specific diet plans in place. I also have clomid and other otc PCTs but not sure if they're necessary.
