I'll try to look up the name of the "Kava House" where I got those drinks.
It was probably a local place, but it could be a chain.

I am sure he is taking about a kava bar. If you have any in your area I highly recommend giving it a try. I frequent them often.

I'm not too up on the dosages lately.
I used a tincture years ago, and wasn't impressed at all.

Within the past 2 or 3 years, I've gotten a few kava drinks from Kava Houses (like coffee houses), and they were actually pretty good.

I've tried Kava caps too with very little effects. I've read that you have to make your own kava drinks to get it right. Or going to a Kava bar of course, but we don't have those around here.

I did some reading on Kava awhile back and part of that was some of the types of teas and what they would serve at Kava houses. And there were some pretty dramatic concentration differences. Of course, unfortunately, as with most teas, most don't specify so it seems a lot up to trial and error as to which ones are going to work the best.

We'll have a very highly extracted Kava capsule product out in the next couple months. Labels are done and raws are selected, its just figuring out where to put it in the production lineup.

There's cheaper generic material that is pretty cheap per kg. but then there are the premium extracts that work a lot better but are more expensive. With ours, we'll be going the stronger route bc there are already plenty of weaker generic type ones on the market already.

Thank you. I really appreciate the kind words. They mean more than you know now days.

I would say realistically it will be out Q1 of 2022, I'm just not sure when. The labels are done and the raws are on order. We just have so much in the production lineup that between new stuff and keeping existing inventory in stock, we just kind of keep accidentally pushing our own stuff back some. We're doing our best to keep up but with the supply chain issues and having so many products, its always a challenge haha.

All I know is that Body Shock sells Kava products. And none of the UK shops I've used don't, so maybe it's banned in there.

I did some very minimal Google research. sounds banned for humans in UK, Germany, and a few other places. I guess some label it not for human consumption like research chems. otherwise you can just buy it from the USA and hope customs doesn't take it

When ordering to EU from outside of EU you have to declare every thing in your order to customs. Unless wanting to take a risk and lie to the customs about what's in the package, you can't order banned stuff outside of EU. Plus there's added taxes and custom fees, when ordering outside of EU, so I use mostly EU sources.

Countries inside EU have different laws and regulations, so some stuff that might be banned in here can be ok to sell in Poland, for example. But you don't have to pay taxes or declare your orders, when they come from inside the EU. Soo I just play around the rules a little = )

A lot of people don't realize that labeling things as not for human consumption doesn't make them any less illegal. In the eyes of the government, the compound is either legal or it isn't. For example, Viagra is a prescription drug - therefore, its a drug in the eyes of the law. Putting it in a liquid vial that says not for human consumption doesn't make it any less of a drug bc the compound itself is a drug. That's been a myth that research chem sites have told people for ages and people believe it but the truth is, if you don't have a research license to buy and sell it, its still illegal.

There have been dozens of research chemical companies busted over the years. Sometimes it makes the news and sometimes it doesn't (and it usually doesn't in the cases where they give the people plea deals to testify against other companies and suppliers). As long as there is money in it, there are always going to be people that are willing to take the chances.

In the UK/EU, I don't think the labeling it that way is as big of a thing. But there are a lot of things that are illegal there that some retailers still take a chance on selling in some cases. So in the case of our Kava product when we release it, it will be up to the retailers to determine the legality in their own individual markets and on whether to offer it or not.

Do you think it might be a good idea to smoke some weed after training sessions to help my body relax and rest better? Maybe before going to bed? The case with me is that I cannot fall asleep properly if I am very tired. This could help me sleep better and maybe rest better

Many people say they fall asleep easier with weed, but I've also seen said, that weed messes with sleep patterns. I think it was so that it weakens the deep sleep phase, IIRC. I would probably try cbd first.
