Don't need any of that with some of the stuff my son's friends use in their fancy contraptions. One toke of that shatter wax or whatever the youngsters call it and your high as a kite. Nothing like the old grass I used to smoke back in the 90's. LOL

I mean using a vaporizer, that's made for vaporizing raw weed (or aromatic herbs or whatever). No oils or liquids.

Ok. The Volcano used to be the thing, but the portable/hand held vaporizers have come a long way. I wouldn't want to play with the bag myself. CFX works great for me, but I'm not a heavy user.

No, I try to stay far away from tobacco.
I had 1 set of Great Grandparents die from Cancer caused by snuff use.
And I've witnessed people dying from cigarette smoking.
... Both are a Bad way to go.

Well any smoke being inhaled to lungs can't be a good thing. Tobacco supposedly has a lot of 'added chemicals' and crap in it, so it's probably on another level though. They do say that you get more carsinogens from smoking weed, than smoking a cig though, cause' you typically inhale more smoke when smoking weed. But then again I doubt many people smoke 20-40 joints a day, like many do cigs.

I'm 12 weeks in to my cut, so haven't been able to get enhanced in a long time. Otherwise I'd destroy the whole week of cutting in a few hours, lol.... But I still can't seem to let go of the thought of you getting uhhh "enhanced", and totally destroying all the carbs and sugar you could find.

when I do visit a dispensary, I usually try to find the strongest sativa possible cuz it doesn't make me as tired

Kava for sure.. since finding it and knowing how to make it right I haven’t had a drink in over 4 years (not that I ever had a problem). Kava has been a game changer in my life allowing me to still have something to feel good but keep on my diet/fitness goals. Again though don’t get a capsule/extract, get an actual powder/strain and use an Aluball or strainer bag to make it

For wind downs, I've just been dosing magnesium, glycine, gaba, and melatonin. That seems to help me relax at night and fall asleep easier. It's not as exciting as THC vapes, but it's working for me.

Still wanna try some phenibut, my buddy loves the stuff, he says it gives you the confidence and social engagement like alcohol. But with out the actual “drunkness”. However he also tells me if he takes more than twice a week he gets terrible vivid nightmares lol. Therefore, I would definitely be careful with the stuff.

I have used Phenibut for years for sleep issues. It's fantastic for that, possibly better than benzos. But you are correct in that you need to be careful with it. I only use it when I really need it and if I'm having a bad period sleeping wise, I only allow myself to use it twice a week.
To my knowledge it's basically just Gaba attached to a phenyl-ring, so it passes the BBB well, unlike Gaba does. But it is very gabaergic and in practice works similar to Gabapentin, the pharma drug prescripted for anxiety and stuff.
When I first did research on it years ago, I came accross these threads where people were using it recreationally with HUGE doses and compared it to mdma and such. A lot of umm interesting stories I read, lol. Also read horror strories of people using it ed for months, even a year and not being able to sleep in days, when coming off. Also extreme anxiety and all the jazz you would get from stoppin a long use of benzos cold turkey. So no child's play.
I have never went over 2 g a day and 1 - 1.5 g works great for sleep. It doesn't really help me fall asleep, but that typically isn't the biggest problem for me anyway. But it helps me stay asleep the whole night and even if I do wake up, I can fall asleep again quickly and don't roll around for hours, like I sometimes do.
I haven't personally felt much acute mood improvement or anxiety relief from it, but have seen many report those things. It might be that those effects just hit me so late, cause' I take it about an hour before going to sleep and most of the times the 2-4 hours after I wake up next day I'm in a very positive mood. I have tried it a few times during the day too just to see, if I get the mood effects, but haven't really noticed anything. But maybe I'm dosing too low
Yeah anyway, strong stuff, can be beneficial, but has to be respected and don't want to play around too much and try your luck.

Dang that would suck. I haven't tried phenibut but the SNS phenibut has been on my "to order" list for awhile now. May have to give it shot.

Can you still find it? I think they've stopped producing it a long time ago. I have used 2 or 3 bottles of SNS Phenibut, it's g2g. That's also one thing with Phenibut, maybe don't want to buy what ever random brand.

Agreed. You definitely don't want to just try a random brand. As the prices went up a lot on the raw material, a lot of it is not 'cut' in the sense that a kg. may be Phenibut/regular GABA now and some finished products as well. And a lot of companies are just putting out untested garbage bc not many of the legit raw material suppliers provide it anymore.

Strong Supplement Shop told me they stopped selling all Phenibut a long time ago bc their cc processor made them. That was a couple years ago. If they ever added any brands back since then, I didn't realize it.

For anyone who is educated with kava, thinking about picking this up from Walmart tonight. Is this Kava fine? Or is it underdosed and maybe will need to use two bags to feel any relaxing effect, I heard kava could give the same kind of effect as a coupe beers and is only useful in tea form. Extremely under dosed. You need grams not milligrams. Kava is nice but it's expensive and a hassle if you choose the cheap route.

I used a tincture years ago, and wasn't impressed at all.
Within the past 2 or 3 years, I've gotten a few kava drinks from Kava Houses (like coffee houses), and they were actually pretty good.

it's barely any kava. also you don't make kava like tea. you don't use hot water. you kneed it into a bowl with a bag filled with kava. some people like it, but all it did was make my tongue go numb for a while

Well, I didn't ask them how they made it, but the effects of the Kava drinks from the Kava House was pretty dramatic.
