On my second bottle and my muscles are fuller and tighter. Definitely have lost inches from my waist. I do not and have not experienced any "pumps" from taking this. I apply 1.5ml every morning before going to work (Monday thru Friday). I am definitely stronger, that's for sure. I am also going to incorporate HIIT after my work out sessions starting tomorrow. For the past 2-3 weeks, I was doing LISS after my work outs.
So you are applying 5 days a week?
I havnt really noticed a difference in waist size or stubborn gut/hips fat reduction. Hopefully if I keep eating clean and kick off this 2nd bottle, that'll do the trick!

So far just minute changes. Core appears to be a bit more defined but not lower core(stubborn fat). No strength gains at all for me but definitely a confidence boost.
Also been edgy on it, which I personally enjoy being edgy and see that as a plus
Finished my first bottle today, onto the 2nd! I'd totally recommend 2 bottles to anyone deciding to run this product. 1 bottle wouldn't have sufficed.
Negatives: Dry joints, barrage of acne every few days.
Yeah I'm still pretty prone to acne. Muscle fullness is crazy for sure. Just tighter muscles all around I really am enjoying that!

Almost time for vacation! We leave for the outer banks, North Carolina Saturday morning at 4am.
10 days of relaxation. We are bringing our freeweights down and pretty good at finding ghetto workouts to do on vacation to substitute machines nd ****. Still thinking of finding a local gym though but only if one is close!

Haha I know I know! It's just that whenever I cycle something an event happens in my life where I can't lift for a series of days and I always feel like I'm "wasting" my products.

He got me into lifting and still has some bigger muscles than me even though I'm bigger than him! He should honestly be a physique competitor I'm not even kidding he'd ****ing easily win and I'd drop money on that. He's too dominant and the best role model I could have.

Yesterday we did shoulders and triceps.
4-5 Sets Supersetted-
Overhead presses: 85lbs x 10
Face Pulls: 45lbs x 12
I rarely superset shoulders so they burnt out pretty quickly.
We threw in 5 sets of 20 pushups(100) just to git chest some more.
And finally hit up triceps!
Tricep extensions with a straight bar:
4 sets of 12 - 45lbs
2 burnout sets of 15 with a 35lb plate.

Yeah I've been following the same split for a few months now so this had been fun lifting fast and hard shocking the muscles quickly with my brother in the sun. Love lifting outside!

About 3/4 through first bottle. On a cut at 2mg / per day. From the X1- I am noticing slight leaning, maybe some strength. I believe I am retaining more muscle than I would have at this point. Experiencing ever increasing muscle hardness. Down about 3 lbs in three weeks. Things are supposed to start getting interesting around now - and I have two bottles to go.
