Soldier's XI-KT Summer Dominance

On my second bottle and my muscles are fuller and tighter. Definitely have lost inches from my waist. I do not and have not experienced any "pumps" from taking this. I apply 1.5ml every morning before going to work (Monday thru Friday). I am definitely stronger, that's for sure. I am also going to incorporate HIIT after my work out sessions starting tomorrow. For the past 2-3 weeks, I was doing LISS after my work outs.

So you are applying 5 days a week?
 
I havnt really noticed a difference in waist size or stubborn gut/hips fat reduction. Hopefully if I keep eating clean and kick off this 2nd bottle, that'll do the trick!

Yeah, I hear ya my friend. I mean, I have lost inches but I would like to kick it up a notch so that's why I'm going to incorporate HIIT after my work outs.
 
Hitting chest, almost done my lift but I gotta say.. man are my joints dry! Been fighting through achey joints all lift. Time to take some support.
 
Chest Day:

Flat Bench Press:
135x8
185x5
3x225x5

Incline Bench Press:
135x8
3x155x8

Decline Pushups:
4 sets of 15(slow and squeeze at the top)

Ended with a superset of..

Dumbbell flyes:
3x35x10
Flat Db presses:
3x35x15

So far just minute changes. Core appears to be a bit more defined but not lower core(stubborn fat). No strength gains at all for me but definitely a confidence boost.

Also been edgy on it, which I personally enjoy being edgy and see that as a plus :)

Finished my first bottle today, onto the 2nd! I'd totally recommend 2 bottles to anyone deciding to run this product. 1 bottle wouldn't have sufficed.

Negatives: Dry joints, barrage of acne every few days.

A little over 1/2 of 3 bottles. Muscle hardness is coming on stronger. As well as an alpha feeling. Strength....improvments have not kicked in much. I m getting a pump from this that comes with the muscle hardening. A bit leaner....but not sure if this attributable to x1 yet. Its going to be fun! I m going to go to 2mg per day since i have 3 bottles.

Noticed some acne in the first 10 days...but that seems to have mostly subsided. My joints feel better than ever....btw.
 
Day 27 here and everything is lovely. I too have experienced fuller muscles and fat loss around the mid section. I'm only using 1.5ml and I'm currently on my 2nd bottle. Have not experienced any acne what so ever.
 
Yeah I'm still pretty prone to acne. Muscle fullness is crazy for sure. Just tighter muscles all around I really am enjoying that!

Almost time for vacation! We leave for the outer banks, North Carolina Saturday morning at 4am.

10 days of relaxation. We are bringing our freeweights down and pretty good at finding ghetto workouts to do on vacation to substitute machines nd ****. Still thinking of finding a local gym though but only if one is close!

Haha I know I know! It's just that whenever I cycle something an event happens in my life where I can't lift for a series of days and I always feel like I'm "wasting" my products.

Thanks I really need this. I've been home from my real college taking community college classes for a year now. Also been working non stop as well.

Can't wait to get back to esu this semester! My real college :-) this vacation is a good break on between now and then.
 
12 hour drive down. Stuck in traffic for 3 hours on the last 40 miles..

Got here and its overcast/rain and supposed to be for most of the entire trip =\ hopefully it gets better, which it most likely will. Optimist! :D
 
Weather did get better! And now it's supposed to be Sunny and hot for like the next 4 days!

Me and my brother set up our weights at the side of this beachhouse. We did a circuit today.

20 pushups
Hammercurls: 16 reps, 35lbs
Ez bar curls: 8 reps, 85lbs
Performed 5 sets of this circuit.


Lastly we threw in forearms with a straight bar reverse curls:
8 wide grip, 8 close grip, 45lbs
3 sets of these.

Lifted in the sun which added some intensity to it. I never do circuits like this so I was pretty winded at the end.
 
Post lift: drank my protein and then went in the hot tub. I love hot tubs. I pretend like I'm in a Roman Bathhouse.

When in Rome.. ;)

Thanks kat! Yeah my brother is my best friend hands down. He got me into lifting and still has some bigger muscles than me even though I'm bigger than him! He should honestly be a physique competitor I'm not even kidding he'd ****ing easily win and I'd drop money on that. He's too dominant and the best role model I could have.

Aww that's awesome that you have such a good relationship with him!! That's priceless, Irish!! :) You should convince him to compete!
 
He really should, I know talk is cheap but even if he doesn't win, he'd be top 3 his first show without a doubt. Hes all natural too, could only imagine how big he'd be if he cycled and ate better.

o.o! Irish Takeover Edition! Haha it's rough cuz me and him are both partiers, drink nd smoke ciggs that is. I atleast eat right, he doesn't and he's still sharp as anything. But if we both did it together? Couldnt even imagine where we'd be at. Especially him.

4-5 Sets Supersetted-
Overhead presses: 85lbs x 10
Face Pulls: 45lbs x 12

I rarely superset shoulders so they burnt out pretty quickly.

We threw in 5 sets of 20 pushups(100) just to git chest some more.

And finally hit up triceps!
Tricep extensions with a straight bar:
4 sets of 12 - 45lbs
2 burnout sets of 15 with a 35lb plate.

Yeah I've been following the same split for a few months now so this had been fun lifting fast and hard shocking the muscles quickly with my brother in the sun. Love lifting outside!

Wished I could do some lifting outside.

Just like in Venice beach(but I hear that is past glory:( )

3 sets with 45lbs

Great pump session, felt awesome today.
Still applying that Iron Legion! Libido is at an all time high (where the females at o.o!) I mean.. haha ahhh..

Experiencing ever increasing muscle hardness. Down about 3 lbs in three weeks. Things are supposed to start getting interesting around now - and I have two bottles to go.

Next time I run this I might stack it with something else. Yeah after the first bottle you look in the mirror and just appear more "anabolic" if that makes sense to you. My muscles seem much more proportioned, full, and hardened. Definitely a good compound so far at 2 bottles which I have like 75% more of my 2nd bottle to go.

3 bottles sounds fun though :P
