Don't forget that milder compounds take more time before you notice it.

Your last cycle was much more 'hardcore'...

do you normally apply it at the same time each day? I apply mine every morning before I go to work.

I've read some users apply it before working out but I don't think that will make it more effective.

I normally apply it around 12-2 o clock, depends when I get outta work but pretty consistent.

The camera struggle is real! O.o!

Yeah the pool is a funny story. Normally I make jack and cokes and layout/ float around all day. Now since I'm not drinking I lay out by it, rarely. Still havnt been In this season.

And more to come! Diet has been pretty clean on cycle so far, a lot of red meat, some vegan hot dogs packed with protein, eggs, oatmeal, no drinking. Feeling good

Haha it's amazing what a difference it makes when you stop drinking both in habits and how you feel! Kudos to you for quitting but you're gonna have to jump in there and swim a bit! ;)
 
Nice looking pool! That's awesome you quit drinking while on cycle, a lot of people don't. Keep it up, when the cycle is over you can have a celebratory cocktail and float around:)

My first 3 cycles I drank on. I got great gains from them all but they could have been so much more effective. Probably once a week I'm like "i wanna just drink beers with my brother" but I fight the urge lol

It happens more than you think. The crazy thing is that college and after binge drinkers kill there livers far worse than a person on cycle and not drinking but no one thinks of it that way.
 
Well I cycled Androhard by Primordial performance and drank on that. Drank on my finaflex epi-v cycle, drank on my 1-andro/ 1-alpha cycle. Didn't drink on my stenadrol cycle until the last 2 days.. but it was a wedding!
 
Just watched Germany sexually assault Brazil in the world cup, what a blitzkrieg ach meinen Gott..

Now watching Netherlands vs Argentina!

So last night I didn't get a minute of sleep, not one. Think demiurge and reading all night kept my mind racing! At 4:45 I was like nope.. didn't get any sleep, time to get ready for work. Easy work day but mentally tough to stay awake and keep going. Second I got home I crashed. Think ima take off my arms day today which isn't a bad thing anyways, my wrists are a bit dry and forearms as well. Just gonna relax and read my economics and investing books o.o
 
Arms Massacre! Let the forearms come out to play. Awesome pump and mental focus today. Time to eat, drink some protein and go to work.

Haha I popped 2, 3mg of melatonin to knock my ass out for good! I'm now of those people who have crazy crazy melatonin dreams(normally nightmares) so I don't take em too often. But sometimes I'm in the mood for some vivid melatonin dreams.

Sucks holland didn't win....we are all very sad over here.

Hopefully Germany beats the **** out of Argentina:)

Haha good ****! I always wanna apply more than 1.5 :P but I restrain myself. The other day my older brother was watching me apply some and he's yellin "more dude, put on more!' I was like, lol no!

Really cloudy day today so I can't do any tanning, what I can do is keep reading my economics books(yes I read economics books for fun)

Legs and glutes still sore as **** from yesterday. Shoulders nd Traps today!

Are you getting a pump from this? I am, but am not sure if its my diet etc..causing it. For strength, I notice a little more power / confidence coming out of the hole.

I've noticed a confidence boost as well. Also was pretty edgy the past few days. Think it's day 20 for me. About to apply some after my shower and I might have like one application left before my first bottle is done, or should be done the first bottle soon.
