At my girlfriends house in Jersey today for her family party. Started my pct: 3 caps of pct revolution black and 4 caps of puretest at night before bed. Weighed in this morning at 199. Finals week put some temporary weight on me when I had to stop running pro xanthine and my diet slacked a lot but now that I am eating healthier at home, I think it'll be easy to lose weight and maintain.

Like I said before I think we lean towards 2 and 6 for PCT. Watch for dry joints at 3 ed... for PCT black...

Thanks guys. Pct revo says take 2-4 at night and pure test says 4-6. Will adjust tonight! I am most likely lifting chest and back tonight since I missed chest on Monday due to my gfs family party. Finally tomorrow is my first day back at work. I need the money bad, broke college kid status right now! I've been wanting to invest in silver lately but don't have the money to do so! Can't let this low price go to waste o.o time to get some paychecks

Another really good hamstring movement for garage gym goers. One leg RDL with barbell. Stand with barbell in normal position for RDL and step forward with right leg and perform RDL. You don't have to go down all the way the stretch will be there. Easier to do with trap bar. But these will demolish your hammies.

I've been debating taking a week or 2 off from lifting for my body and joints to recover but I know it's time to do so. Lifting chest was an awesome workout today except for one factor: felt my joints.the entire time. My muscles and mind were completely prepared to kill and and did so, but only at the expense of my joints. Today I am feeling a little bit of joint pain in the elbows and now both my wrists are worn down. It sucks to take s break from something that gets you through the day but I need to give my body a break. 6 grams of fishoil and 4 msm pills a day aren't effective for me because of the constant wear and tear in the gym. I will be working this week too so I luckily won't feel unproductive. I'm going to have to just work, eat clean, take my pills and take it easy. On another note, my barbell must be 50lbs... I've told myself this for years and it is so apparent when lifting. At both rec centers at college, the weights I do are good for me. Everytime I try these weights at home it is evidently a lot more difficult. When benching my body was like wtf? but my mind and the max pump/ignite 2 gave me the confidence and drive to keep going.

Achilles for sore joints, when you need something a lil "extra"

I got 22 bucks left on my account and I see it's on sale at Nutraplanet for 24 dollars =0! Normally I'd buy it but money is way too tight. Once I receive my first paycheck from being back from college, I can solve numerous problems. Going to need to rely on MSM, FishOil, proper diet and time off for now.

Proper rest and supplementation before any issues arise is always a must. Killing it in the gym every day is great fun, but you have to listen to your body and know when enough is enough. Considering the circumstances I would keep the cardio going and back off the weights. A deload week, lifting about 50% of your normal weights, might be enough. But a week off totally would work wonders as well.

Guess I don't have to worry about sweating for a while the forecast is saying high's in the low 50's for the weekend ... weird weather...

I stock fruit at Weis Markets a grocery store mainly found in pa. I work produce but feel like a meathead walking by the meat department all the time. I had to buy this the other day for 12 bucks.

Ate the one on the right. Ima grill up the bigger one on the left now. Gonna cut it in half horizontally because last time both sides were too crispy and the middle uncooked. I like medium rare buy that was rare as hell

We just had a new grocery store open up and their meat and produce have been on sale for about a week. I've dropped a lot of money in there and I'm running out of freezer space. I think a lot of people overlook this part of the fitness lifestyle. If you are eating big you have to find good sales when they are there cause if not the quality of your diet can suffer from lack of money :p

Lack of money, I know the feeling. Once I get my next paycheck I'll finally be able to sit on it. Last paycheck I spent on silver bullion and food.

I don't know what day of pct I'm on but I'm definitely seeing a leaning effect. I think the px and epi v got me to a good spot and now I'm done with epi v and eating good at home I have some leaner appearance than before. They put me into a good position. I'm most likely going to start lifting again this week! Joints remain dry but aren't hurting at all.

I will begin the px again today as well. I was off of it due to me going back to work nd my heart palpitations but they haven't been around in a week so I'm real excited. Time to start leaning up even more! I'm also going to now the lawn and get some sun, my Irish skin is white as hell. Hope everyone is doing good I've been resting and inactive lately. Time to make my return!

Looking good brother. As lean as you are now any loss in bodyfat will be very very apparent. Great work bud.

Did a lifting session today with my friend. Chest tris and biceps. Kinda a weird schedule, just did it for fun but went intense. Gonna lift the next few days and rest over the weekend so I can fully get back on track. Felt good today, no joint pains but I can still feel em. Guess taking all these pct pills aren't helping the recovery either.

Pct status so far:

Libido has been up the entire time, no shut down in sight! I'm also young so I think that adds to it for sure.

Joints have stopped hurting but still easily felt during lifting and even now. With a week off, the pct hasn't helped the joints fully recover. I have yet to see msm and fishoil make a difference in anything at all. I will definitely get a better joint assistance product next cycle, most likely Achilles.

When I wakeup in the morning I burp pure test taste. Weird way to wakeup..

I don't know if these products should assist in sleeping in any way but I can easily passout after I take em before bed.

Px notes:
Sweating for sure. And it's not just the heat and humidity outside. I'll feel warm all day but this heat has been great when it kicks in.

Energy and focus: flawless as always. This product is rly impressive with getting me into a euphoric mood. Smooth sailing on this one I'll tell ya! I love not feeling stimmed out of lifting. I remember attempting Tabata theory front squats on oxy elite and I was already feeling off from the product. After a workout like that I lied on the floor for like 30 minutes. Non of that here at all!

Food suppression: not really crazy for me. There's been a few times on cycle that it was harder to eat but still possible. The urge to snack is still there on this product but my mental will has been telling me not to.

Mood: happy and talkative. Like a clean version of adderall.

Will post up lifts tomorrow. Got work 12 to 7:30 tomorrow. New manager, very curious to see who it is.

Sounds like you didn't experience much shutdown and the products have you more than covered.

PCT won't fix your joints. It's four the body to recover its natural hormone producing state. Pure Test and Revolution PCT can in fact help with sleep by boosting testosterone levels so you sleep better though the night.

The appetite suppression is dependant on a few things. Being on cycle your metabolism is going to be elevated so there will be a BIG appetite increase. Also in PCT your body is trying to recover fully from the cycle so you're body is in overdrive also. Another appetite increase. Seeing as how you were able to control these cravings I would say the PX did its job quite well :)

wow looking lean for sure irish!
making some moves..good work!

as for food - eiish, eating properly can be expensive, is right
but tell me: if you look good, you're healthy, and feel great - what else is there to spend $ on?
some folks always wanna look at the wrong priorities, cuz they're "diet" is not sexy or fun
I find food to be very sexy :hump:

I've been training my friend for the past 2 days. Takes a lot of time shifting the weights around and all that. Still getting some intense work in. Iron City always invites others to lift :D a lot of work to do but we already cut down 30 minutes of lifting time due to him learning what weights to put on and stuff.

Still looking good brother. Teach the new guy the ropes.

Chest Day:

Flat Bench press-
140x12
190x8
190x8
170x8
150x10

Incline pushups-
3x15

Decline pushups-
3x15

Dumbbell chest flyes-
3x35x10

Lifting notes: wow, pushups after benching was no joke. Especially when you used to weigh 40lbs less last year. Muscle fatigued real fast during my pushup sets but that let's me know I got s challenge to improve on! Throwing my good ole pushup sets in the middle of my workout made chest flyes really difficult to end with. Chest is definitely ripped after that one, good muscle confusion today I guess! Gotta try to switch some of my lifts around every now and then because I tend to do the same stuff a lot.

Pct Notes:
Sleep- at night time pure test and revo black help me passout very quickly

Joints: Very dry, no injuries. My wrists are feeling better because I've been protecting them the best I can.

Fat loss: The numbers aren't changing on the scales which wouldn't rly tell me much anyways.. however, I do believe these 2 products are adding to my leaning effect without a doubt! My diet main meals are good but I have been snacking here and there from time to time. I eat better at home cuz my parents make some mean dinners but we also have my weakness in the house at all times.. pretzels. Back is clearly leaner and I'm starting to be proud of it! It's nothing impressive but it's obviously going through reconstruction.

Libido: Always haha

Have not noticed really any negative sides. Mild acne but that's nothing big.

Max pump- I love this ****. Vascularity is very noticeable and its good to see my arm veins once more. Not even that, I am getting glimpses of veins in I didn't know I had.

Ignite 2- I love this **** too. Sometimes I get headaches from this post workout but I've been good lately. Along with 4 max pump pre lift, I have adjusted my scoops to 3/4ths a scoop and it has reduced my headaches greatly. Sometimes you gotta tweak some supplement dosages to find the right spot for you. Heat is ignited after taking this. Really sick heat that gets me to lifting everytime.

Pro Xanthine- Probably have a few days left of this product. Snags was right, It would have been better for me to run this as a standalone. With the epi v drying my joints, injuries, a weird heart problem for a while, finals week, etc etc.. too much was going on. I would have been able to fully utilize this product. That's my big log for the week! Rest will be lifting logs, food pics and some other dumb **** :)

So basicly what you are saying is everything is kicking ass :) Very good review man. Glad you are enjoying the products and seeing results! Keep up the grind and let's see some progress pics!

Everything is going great with me right now. Lifting, eating, family, friends, and work as well. The progress pics I got are little features that the phone really can't capture well. Upper ab definition, bottom of chest is becoming solid, in between pecs is real a lot harder now, pecs appearing more leaner, back isnt all slouchy now. These little things are really adding up though and I am really pleased with my progress. Will try to get some pics to best display these changes soon.

Really good lift late after work today. Worked a real slow day at the grocery store and was just tired as hell from being bored all day. Took 4 max pump with some food before lifting. For most of the back lifts, I am focusing on form and breathing(not weights). The reps are high but I am testing to see where I am at with my back's muscle fatigue. Remember, I have neglected back for about 2 years. I worked back, but I half assed it. My deadlift form felt really strong, that 140lbs was easy for me. Going to work my deadlift up to 200 in the next couples weeks and try to keep my form under control because I want to really perform them correctly. After deadlifts, I am always out of breath. It is my cardio for the day lmao! Also, attempting pullups after deadlifting wasn't happening. I already need assisted machines for pullups since I went from 164 to 200's in a years time. 2 weak sets of 4 made me feel really bad haha but I was out of breath with a lot of blood to my head because of the deadlifting.

I think we talked about this before BUT, put Deadlift at the end of the workout! Expending that much energy to start a session can kill the rest of the day. Pull ups, rows then Deadlift. The rows will warm the inner back up for the Deadlift and you are still going to pull the same amount of weight with good form since its primarily a LEG and back lift. I understand wanting to increase the weight but you don't have to do it first and lessen the rest of your session.

I kind of remembered that discussion after I did em haha. Good thing the weight wasn't too heavy though, rest of the workout seemed fine since it was all relatively light but yeah.. end of workout from here on!

Good! You can put out max effort this way and it won't affect the rest of the workout. Good job though!

Another good way to start your back session is with inverted rows at body weight. Keep the deads in there. Even if you're doing them at light weight, they're going to pay dividends. IMO deads, squats and flat bench are necessities in any routine. They help build a solid foundation. You're killing it in here man. Making good progress.
I wouldn't worry about the poundage too much either. If your waist is getting smaller and your shoulders are getting bigger, screw the scale. It's deceiving anyway.

Eating good after work! Getting better with using my classy George Foreman
