**** that ****, she's your ex for a reason. Time heals all wounds tho just keep focusing on you. Every second you spend thinking about her is a second wasted that you could have been focusing on you. Stay busy bro

Feeling a lot better today, yesterday I was edgy, fiendin ciggs, emotional and just tired. Just woke up feeling well rested and happy. Time to eat up some food, get a shower and get ready for the gym! Since I misses legs day yesterday I'm gonna throw them in along with shoulders and traps today.
 
I need that shirt!!!! :D

I've had some people up at my college gym at east stroudsburg university asking me about the products and ****. They've seen the name around on the internet but never go into it.
 
Thanks everyone for following my log! I got a lot of help from you guys and support. Stenadrol was a great product man, very effective. Pct has gone well with no negative sides to note. I feel great man, stenadrol elevated me to a level I've never been at before and I still retain most of that strength and gains to date!

Once again, thx for following along. Ina month or so, I'll be ordering 2 bottles of Iron Legion's X1-KT which is a transdermal 11-Ketotestosterone designed for cutting. Hopefully you'll follow along!

Great log, getting to feeling better emotionally. Best thing to get over an ex, is a lot of gym time and some casual sex. Just saying... As far as getting in another boat screw that stay in the Canoe and learn to enjoy rowing by yourself until you find someone who can match your stroke and fit into your canoe all nice and comfy with you.
 
I like nice and comfy o.o

Nah I'll just be following logs for like a month, I'll hijack some threads when I decide to cycle for the summer cut ;)
