So far impressed with H-drol

This can't be emphasized enough. I about blew my knees out a couple weeks ago squatting more than someone my size should. I'm nowhere near as strong as you are, but I can clearly see that my muscles are stronger than my joints and tendons right now.

Not to get too off topic, but given that imbalance between muscles and joints/tendons/ligaments, how do you go about getting the weak links as strong as the muscles?

You are right on topic mate,

The best way to get tendons/ ligaments coresponding is to cycle your rep ranges. Too many trainers only live in 6-10 or 8-12 rep range etc. There has to be periods where low reps are used to bring the tendons and ligaments into the picture. These lower reps will in turn get you stronger and allow you to lift heavier on more hypertrophy stages in your routine.

The big thing is make sure that both aspects are gradual and not over the top esp. when on hormones. Me personally I have used low reps often through the years and the lion share have always been while completely 100 percent natural.

Thanks for the info and am digging the log. I am coming off of an injury ( patellar tendon rupture - fluke thing, non AAS/PS related ) really need to focus on getting back to normal strength. Have any additional info on lifting programs/fundamentals specifically focused on building tendon strength?

Also, because of the injury, I have lost considerable strength and mass in my leg and have been researching PH/PS as a possible aid towards recovery. From what I have been able to find out, seems like even mild PH/PS like H-drol might not be the best thing as PH/PS tend to be overall bad for tendon health...Is that accurate or way off base?

Just keep things progressive- start slow and build with the main focus on compound movements that force the muscles and joints to work in tandem.

I would stay hormone free till you have sucessfully gotten back to where you were. Not knowing your age also, I wouldn't advise too much.

Hawthorn Berry will not work instantly. It's a waste of money. It needs to be preloaded a few months before it "MAY" start to work. I know every one says to pre-load it a few weeks before starting a cycle but if you research it it says it takes a few months before you "MAY" feel it's benefits.
 
I think maybe ax should of called it stupid strong instead of superdrol. Holy Hell the m-drol is strong. When I read threads of people wandering the potency, I shake my head.

I can't even fathom wanting to take more than 10mg a day of this. Extreme strength, lethergy, pumps that make you want to cry for your mamma. Glad I'm keeping it to 2 weeks on 10mg a day.

If I use again, I might pulse it to ease the beast a bit. Trained back and shoulders today and without a doubt the most significant shoulder pump I have had in my life. Crazy

worth doing the m-drol on the back of a h-drol cycle? I'm damn tempted!

People had a problem with it because some of there white top or could have been the black top caps were under potent. It was just a batch or two and the made it right by giving those guys good bottles. THere was alot of threads about it all over the place when it happened.

so how much weight are you up from beginning of the cycle? are you taking anything to prevent any possible prolactin sides?

Up 12 pounds since the start. This should be my best gaining week as it is my last. I will start loading some beta alanine and creatine later in this week to keep strength high.

As for prolactin sides I am taking l-dopa twice daily and b6 twice daily. If 400 mg of deca didn't give me prolactin gyno, I'm not overly worried about two weeks of m-drol on one tablet a day. Fortunately I am not gyno prone, but always cover my bases just in case.
 
are you going to be getting bloodwork at the end of your cycle? Im really curious to see what mdrol did to your lipids, yet alone stacking 2 methyl compounds. Best of luck man hope you get the most outta this cycle.

I will get blood test after pct. Remember that I have cut h-drol dose in 1/2 and only taking 10mg of m-drol daily for 14 days. Also zero alcohol, tylenonol, plenty of supporting supps etc. Home stretch now.
 
Nothing wrong with this batch. Any stronger and I would be worried. I will get 3 cycles off it for 24 bucks. For all you non mathmaticians out there that works out to 8 bucks a cycle.
 
So is this M-Drol effective for week-long cycles? Or is it only effective because you're monkey humping off a Halo cycle?

Dynaglide- Just my 2 cents but I think the short mdrol cycle is effective due to a completely different feeling that I have on the two substances. I am now only on M-drol for the last couple of days. While like you said in your thread- you almost feel nothing while on the H-drol, there is definately the following on m-drol and this is just on 1 tablet a day:
1.increased strength beyond what I fealt on H-drol
2.increased lethergy
3.Pumps that are flat out painfull. I held focus mitts for a boxing class last night and the pumps in shoulders particullarly rear delts was a fkn b-tch. Only two workout days left- legs being today. I am scared.
4.Weight gain excellerated.

Hope this answers your question. I am hoping that not everyone jump on a short cylce of m-drol on the heels of an h-drol cycle. I fealt confident doing so because I never feel shut down, I always listen to my body, take all the protective measures and keep dosing at sane levels.
 
We do not have problems with our batches - very very rarely a few pills here and there but in all likelihood if you bought from a retailer you're fine. If you bought from ebay you're on your own. Check our website for lab assays or shoot me a pm/email

That link was from a long while ago when there was a admitted problem with a few batches or so. Might have been a year or so ago from what I remember.
 
Got through my last workout on this cycle. All went well- nuts still hanging, weights banging and bp never went up. Start weight was a lean 196 - finished at a lean 208.

Not once during cycle did anyone notice anything in terms of additional weight gains- probably because I work in fairly big shirts and at 200 most think I am closer to 210. Must have light bones or something.

While a few times I may have been annoyed with the world I never fealt aggresion or rampaging temper.

Lifts fealth good from the start all the way through to the end. I wasn't after pb's on this cycle - just steady 6-12 rep work.

All in all a positive experience- especially seeing how it cost damn near nothing. I will start pct tommorow and get back into my normal natural state which is how I prefer to be 99 percent of the time.

Lesson to all you youngsters out there - with close to 20 years of training I have spent less than 20 weeks on any hormones at all and that was after completely hitting genetic wall. Invest in a good trainer / dietician before starting any drugs. If you cant deadlift, squat, bench press 3-4 plates a side, you NEED to learn how to train and eat- not swallow a pill or inject a substance which your body is happily providing on its own. OK sermon over. I am the animal eater.
 
Two weeks post cycle and have kept the weight. Training hard and heavy. PCT included 2 weeks of nolva 20 mg a day and for last week will go down to 10mg a day. Also been using ALRI restore which I like because it seems to keep my strength up. Zero sides at all.
 
I know you guys all live and die by the SERM for your PCT, but here is my 2 cents from my experience with CEL HDrol

I cycled it 2x in the past 20 months (9 months a part) and my pct was nothing more than PCS (Post Cycle Support) and then Lean Extreme 15 days in.

Both times everything went fine, didn't even notice the transition, l lost some strength, but between both cycles I've been up 10lbs at the same bf %.

Just a quick lift reference:

Pre Hdrol Flat Bench 1 RM 290
Post Hdrol Flat Bench 1 RM 305

Right now I can put 290 up 3x...so I gained some strength from all of that.

Don't have time to write all this up...but again I didn't go all out with Tamoxifen, Clomid, Torm etc., and 2 years later no issues.

Again take it for what it is worth...we only have one liver lol

My lifting experience is 9+ years

I'm 32 and my stats as of right now are 215lbs 6' 12% bf; done 2 Hdrol cycles, and 1 Mdrol pulse (that was insane, never again will I touch that stuff).

why do you say that about the mdrol
