So figured since I am running the two I’d make a little log for anyone else on the fence about stacking them.

I force hemavol
And other staples
Age- 28
Height- 5’11
Weight- Currently weighing 190 with a goal to hit 200 before my 16 week cut.
BF %- last I checked which was about 3 weeks ago I was 11%.
Current goal- Lean Bulk
Workout schedule goes as follows
Sunday- pushday
Monday- pull day
Tuesday- leg day (hamstring and glute focused )
Wednesday- push day ( supersets and drop sets )
Thursday- pull day ( supersets and drop sets )
Friday- Legs ( quad and calf focused )
Saturday- off ( my off day’s I still go do cardio and abs )
Diet is currently 3000k a day with 6 meals a day.
